The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Monday, June 20, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) asked for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) before Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) provoked Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) fury with a call for help.
At Li’s hideout, Finn kept trying to bring blurry Li and Sheila into focus. After Finn muttered Steffy’s name, Sheila was hopeful since he remembered and took it as a sign he’d pull through.
After Sheila said she’d get another opportunity to be a mother to Finn, Li tried to cover how nervous she was.
At the cabin, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) couldn’t get over the news that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) shared about Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis).
While Hope and Liam were discussing Eric’s affair, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) showed up with updates on Sheila’s escape.
Liam made sure Steffy was safe before suggesting that Ridge should try calling Li again.
Back at Li’s place, she warned Sheila that Ridge would get suspicious if she didn’t pick up.
Sheila finally let Li answer on speakerphone, but Li played dumb about the escape and insisted she hadn’t seen or heard from Sheila.
Li hoped that proved she could be trusted and claimed she needed to go get medicine for Finn.
Sheila wanted to go instead, but Li insisted she was the one with access to the hospital. Plus, cops were crawling all over the place looking for Sheila by now.
Li warned that all Finn’s progress could be undone – that he’d die if Sheila didn’t allow this.
Sheila couldn’t let that happen, so she reluctantly decided to trust Li and let her go for meds.
Unfortunately, Li made the mistake of seeking help before she made it out the front door.
Just outside Finn’s room, Sheila caught up with Li as she was making an emergency phone call.
Once Sheila realized she’d been betrayed, she stopped Li’s call and was clearly ready to make the traitor pay!
At Forrester Creations, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) tried to convince Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) not to give Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) that engagement ring.
Although Quinn felt Carter would regret it, he wound up giving it to Paris anyway.
Carter texted Paris to meet up, which gave him a chance to declare he was ready to build something wonderful – something that started with this ring.
After Carter confirmed that he wanted to marry Paris, he urged her to say yes and become his wife.
At the Forrester mansion on Monday’s B&B episode, Eric thought back to Hope pushing him to follow his heart and make sure the truth was told.
Afterward, Quinn came home and admitted she was worried about Carter, but she quickly decided it was a mistake to bring that up.
Talk turned to Quinn’s desire to get back to the way their marriage used to be.
Quinn still had faith in their future, but she wanted to know if Eric felt the same way.
