The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Monday, March 7, reveals that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) demanded Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) secret while Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) made a tough admission to Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).
At Forrester Creations on Monday’s B&B episode, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) was concerned about Thomas’ puzzling phone call, but Ridge suggested maybe it was about a new house.
Although it didn’t sound like a happy surprise, Ridge advised against worrying and thought Thomas would tell them when he was ready.
After Thomas tracked Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) down at her hotel room, he said he still had questions.
Thomas wanted to know more since Sheila claimed she was responsible for getting Brooke to drink.
Sheila felt that Thomas owed her respect for putting his parents back together.
Thomas sarcastically said it was “real respectable” getting an alcoholic to drink, but Sheila insisted “that bitch deserved every last drop!”
After Thomas suggested Sheila was making all this up, Sheila told him that she deserved full credit for Brooke slipping off the wagon.
Sheila thought the less Thomas knew regarding the details, the better off he’d be.
Sheila also felt Thomas should stop with all the threats and adjust his attitude.
Sheila pointed out that she’s the kind of person you want working for you, not against you – “just ask Brooke.”
Sheila added that thanks to her, Brooke would be permanently out of the picture.
Sheila warned Thomas not to open the door back up for Brooke and thought all he had to do was keep silent.
Sheila urged Thomas not to breathe a word of her involvement to anyone.
At home, Brooke flashed back to Ridge telling her he couldn’t do this anymore. After Deacon arrived, he assured Brooke that she wasn’t alone.
Brooke smiled over Deacon being there for her, but she didn’t approve when he criticized Ridge and kept bringing up Taylor.
That didn’t feel like support to Brooke.
Deacon just thought that Ridge could stand to take responsibility for his part in all this.
However, Brooke took all the blame and admitted that maybe Taylor was the better woman for Ridge.
Deacon argued that Brooke was letting Ridge tear her down.
Deacon felt that any man would be willing to walk barefoot on broken glass to be with Brooke, though he decided that might be going a bit too far.
Even so, Deacon wanted Brooke to understand how amazing she was and tried hard to lift her spirits.
Back at Forrester Creations, Thomas eavesdropped on Taylor and Ridge laughing together.
Thomas entered and commented on how nice it was to see them both happy.
Taylor got called away to deal with a patient, so that gave Ridge a chance to quiz Thomas about his strange phone call. Thomas admitted it was about something that could change everything.
At Taylor’s office, Sheila stopped by and initiated a conversation about Ridge.
Taylor felt that Sheila was jumping to conclusions about their reunion, but Sheila thought it was written all over Taylor’s face.
Sheila suggested Taylor was living proof that dreams come true and reflected on the crazy night that destroyed Brooke’s marriage.
Taylor mentioned that Brooke didn’t know why she drank, so Sheila muttered privately about how Brooke would never know the reason.
When Sheila called, Thomas stepped away to take it.
Sheila said she’d never seen Taylor happier and warned Thomas not to ruin that for her.
Sheila learned Thomas was with Ridge and urged him to promise he wouldn’t say anything.
After Thomas disconnected, Ridge once again wondered what was going on.
Ridge reminded Thomas about his declaration that this could change everything and demanded to know what it was.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will struggle with guilt as he continues to keep this secret, so stay tuned!
