The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, May 2, tease that Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) homecoming will bring some strong emotions, but Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) will offer a warm welcome to lift Steffy’s spirits.
Now that Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) has approved Steffy’s release, it won’t be long until all the paperwork is taken care of.
Then, B&B spoilers say Steffy can do what she’s been begging to do since she woke up.
All Steffy wants is to return home and be with her children, so she’ll finally get that chance.
Unfortunately, going home without John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) may be tougher than Steffy ever could’ve imagined.
The experience will definitely be bittersweet since Steffy’s wish will be granted, but Finn won’t be there to celebrate with her.
Steffy will just have to cling to the knowledge that she survived and can still be around for her kids.
Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) will probably be tuckered out from all the crying he’s been doing at the hospital.
It was a comical case of a soap baby not cooperating!
However, Hayes should be sleeping in his crib offscreen soon enough.
That’ll give Steffy a chance to enjoy some family bonding with Liam and Kelly, who’ll be over the moon about her mom coming back home.
Steffy will remain heartbroken over Finn’s death, but she’ll manage to smile over Kelly’s happiness and maybe even laugh at some of Liam’s dad jokes.
It’ll feel like a chance for Steffy to escape the pit of despair for a while.
Although Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will be glad Steffy’s on the mend and finding some light at the end of the tunnel, she’ll struggle over Liam taking the lead here.
Liam is someone Steffy loves and trusts, so he makes sense as a source of comfort.
At the same time, Hope may wish there was someone else Steffy could lean on – especially since Liam has waffled back and forth so much over the years.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope will continue to cope with a tricky situation, so don’t miss what’s ahead.
