The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, May 30, teases that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will deliver a heartfelt apology to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) – and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will suggest a plan for her grieving daughter.
At Forrester Creations, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will grow concerned after Paris Buckingham’s (Diamond White) latest run-in with Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer).
If Paris decided to speak to Eric Forrester (John McCook), she could act like Carter and Quinn were still pining for each other.
That may be true on Carter’s end – and perhaps even a little on Quinn’s end, too.
Even so, B&B fans know Quinn is committed to Eric and their marriage. Despite Carter’s fears, he’ll vow to keep Paris under control if he can.
Quinn may acknowledge that Paris is a wildcard, but she also knows Paris wants her own chance with Carter.
If Paris derailed Quinn’s marriage with new betrayal concerns, she’d be pushing Quinn back into Carter’s arms.
Quinn may take comfort in that as a safety net, but she also won’t want Carter getting sucked into Paris’ world again.
Although Quinn won’t think Carter should settle, he’ll eventually hint that he might give things a real shot with Paris.
Next, Eric will hit the sheets with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) as their sizzling affair continues.
There’ll be part of Eric that battles guilt and another part of him that enjoys every minute of the time he spends with Donna.
After Eric reflects on how difficult it’s been to repair his marriage, he’ll reminisce with Donna and feel closer to her than ever.
There’ll be some special memories that warm Eric’s heart.
When Thomas comes face to face with Steffy, she’ll confess to being upset with him.
Thomas hid Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) secret, which caused a chain reaction and led to the double alley shooting.
Of course, Thomas didn’t pull the trigger, but he played a role in what happened to Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
After Steffy calls Thomas out, he’ll offer a sincere apology and console her over the loss she’s dealing with.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will join Thomas in supporting Steffy, who won’t know what she’s supposed to do without Finn by her side.
Now that Steffy’s future with Finn has been wiped out, she’s feeling lost.
Steffy will burst into tears as her family rallies around her – including Taylor, who’ll think Steffy needs to take a break from work and everything else.
This is the perfect time for Steffy to concentrate on self-care and try to heal her broken heart.
After Steffy gives that suggestion some thought, she’ll decide Taylor’s right and will leave to do some soul-searching in Europe during the week of May 30-June 3.
