The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, October 17, teases that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will rage over Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) choosing Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) while Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) sizzle.
After Katie confides in Carter about Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and his lingering love for Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), she’ll face a shocker.
Carter will admit his own love story didn’t last since Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) ended things without providing a reason why.
Katie will get updates on Quinn’s decision to leave Los Angeles in a hurry.
Although Katie will stand by her belief that Carter deserves better, she’ll know he must be in a lot of pain.
Not having answers will be the worst part for Carter, who’ll lean on Katie and get a big surprise.
B&B spoilers say Katie will move in close and give Carter a kiss, so they’ll sizzle despite his latest heartbreak.
Meanwhile, Bill will support Brooke as she faces questions of her own.
Ridge wouldn’t divulge why he was dumping Brooke, so she’ll beat herself up as she wonders what she did and what she could’ve done differently.
Of course, Bill will insist Ridge is a loser who doesn’t deserve a woman like Brooke.
From Bill’s perspective, he’ll think Brooke will be better off – though he’ll get that it’s hard to see that right now.
Brooke will eventually decide that Bill should go, so Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will arrive and back Brooke up on that.
It won’t be long until Liam realizes Brooke and Ridge split, so he’ll struggle to understand as well.
Other Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will get caught on a phone call with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
It’ll be Hope who walks in and realizes there have been some romantic developments in Aspen.
Thomas will admit that Ridge broke up with Brooke and reunited with Taylor, so Hope will fume.
It’ll seem like all the Forrester pressure finally won out, but Hope may blame Ridge most of all for Brooke’s heartache.
