The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) wedding day looms, so Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will be miserable over their march to the altar.
B&B fans know Carter would love nothing more than to pick up where he left off with Quinn and build a real future together.
Unfortunately, that’s just not possible when Quinn’s standing by her commitment to Eric Forrester (John McCook).
Carter also has concerns about harming his relationship with the Forrester family, but Quinn’s marriage is the main romantic obstacle here.
Although Carter will profess his love for Quinn in a passionate display, she’s poised to reject him and stick with Eric.
However, Carter is lonely and feeling a bit adrift.
It’s clear that Carter’s desperate for love at this point in his life, so he’ll be willing to settle for less than real fireworks.
There are complications when it comes to Paris as well, but Zende has given his blessing if she can find happiness with Carter.
That’ll pave the way to Paris getting her wish and securing a Carter future, but Zende may be surprised by just how far they take it.
After all, Paris previously told Zende she was all about her independence and wasn’t looking to get married right now.
That was mostly an excuse to push Zende away, but it’ll still sting when Paris shifts her marriage stance and agrees to make Carter her husband.
Zende can’t help it if he still loves Paris, so he’ll be stuck in misery this summer.
While Paris and Carter plan their wedding, Zende will pine for the woman he wants and hate that she doesn’t want him back.
Zende would love to make Paris his bride instead, but she’ll be eager to lock Carter into this new married chapter.
Quinn will also struggle with lingering feelings for Carter and perhaps some jealousy, too.
This will be a messy situation, especially since Quinn doesn’t know Eric’s having an affair with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis).
That revelation could be a game-changer and lead to a chain reaction ahead of the nuptials if that’s how B&B writers want to take things.
Until then, Carter will move forward with this Paris engagement and plan a summer wedding to remember!
