The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) may dump Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) for Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). An autumn trip could bring a dramatic love life shift, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
Fall preview spoilers reveal that B&B will once again go on location, so there’ll be some special scenes in a gorgeous and perhaps exotic locale.
Ridge, Brooke and Taylor will all end up on this trip, which will bring some unique circumstances and force Ridge to make a romantic decision.
Of course, Ridge already made a choice when he moved back in with Brooke. Although Ridge hasn’t fully recommitted to Brooke yet, he’s still married to her.
It’d be weird for B&B to make a big deal out of Ridge choosing Brooke when he’s essentially already chosen her.
The only way this choice really matters is if Ridge makes a different one now – one that steers him back in the direction of his family with the Forresters.
Considering the Logan and Forrester war that the show keeps pushing, it makes sense to have Ridge reunite with Taylor.
That doesn’t mean Ridge and Taylor’s romance will stick, but it’s easy to imagine it happening now that there’s so much Forrester-Logan conflict.
Ridge is stuck in the middle of that hostility and may eventually put family above all else.
We’ll definitely see even more of a push for Ridge to get back together with Taylor and make the “Tridge” fam whole again.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will be the ringleader on fighting for that!
As far as Steffy is concerned, Ridge belongs back with Taylor – not with Brooke who always lets him down.
Why hasn’t Ridge made a true recommitment to Brooke by now? Is the show leaving the door open for a total about-face?
Since Ridge obviously still has deep feelings for Taylor, it’s worth considering the idea that he might dump Brooke for her.
This autumn trip sounds like a game-changer, so it’ll be interesting to see if it leads to Ridge choosing Taylor over Brooke.
