The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will kiss Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and spend the night with his former flame, so some close moments are on the way. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will fade to the back of Ridge’s mind as he gets swept up in some sweet scenes with Taylor.
Of course, we should note that these scenes will indeed be more sweet than steamy.
There’s obviously a certain amount of passion that comes with a kiss between exes, but the part about spending the night together won’t be as scandalous as it sounds.
It looks like Ridge will simply stay up for hours talking to Taylor and fall asleep in her orbit.
Still, Ridge will indeed plant a kiss at some point during this bonding session.
It won’t go beyond that just yet, but there’s plenty of time for that to happen down the road.
You can bet Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will consider this a huge win.
They’ll no doubt hope this is the start of a “Tridge” family reunion and a life of true happiness for Ridge.
The sooner Ridge puts Brooke behind him, the better off he’ll be – at least according to Thomas and Steffy.
Brooke, on the other hand, will surely battle some heartbreak once she finds out Ridge kissed Taylor and spent the night with her.
The problem is Brooke did the same thing with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and won’t have much room to talk!
Brooke may finally realize just how painful her betrayal was when Ridge returns the favor with his own old flame.
Brooke was triggered by Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) Champagne label swap, but no one knows that at this point.
Steffy and Thomas certainly wouldn’t care if they knew anyway. They’re all about the future – specifically Ridge’s future with Taylor.
Taylor obviously won’t want to jump into a new relationship with Ridge when he’s still married to Brooke.
Ridge needs time to move forward with a divorce and process the loss of his “destiny,” so Taylor may want to set some clear platonic boundaries after this kiss.
Even so, Ridge and Taylor may not be able to resist each other as this storyline moves forward.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Ridge and Taylor will reconnect in a big way during the week of February 21-25, so stay tuned.
