Ridge has proven that he’s selfish and doesn’t care all that much about the feelings of the women involved.
If Ridge would dump Brooke without a real explanation, Taylor really shouldn’t expect his loyalty once the truth comes out.
Ridge always puts himself first in the end, so that may be the case this time around, too.
Thomas used the voice changer app to blow up Ridge and Brooke’s marriage, so that bombshell is going to hit Ridge hard.
Ridge would still be with Brooke right now if Thomas hadn’t manipulated things with the CPS call.
Although part of Ridge will always love Taylor, Brooke is Ridge’s destiny – at least that’s how they both feel deep down.
Ridge can try to convince himself that a pinecone falling altered his fate, but he’s bound to wind up back together with Brooke eventually.
That reunion could come sooner than expected and bring this storyline to a shocking conclusion.
A surprising finish is indeed promised in the November sweeps preview.
That’s important to keep in mind since other B&B spoilers talk about Ridge only being able to marry one woman.
Ridge will have to decide whether Thomas’ trick is enough to send him back in Brooke’s direction.
Since there have certainly been moments of pining his part, Ridge is probably going to dump Taylor before they exchange vows.
Of course, Ridge has to pop the question and get engaged to Taylor first.
All that should be coming now that Ridge’s mind is made up about the annulment, but he could ultimately change his mind all over again.
B&B is building to a twist when it comes to Ridge’s love triangle, so he may ask Brooke to remarry in the end.
