The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Shauna Fulton (Denise Richard) will likely comfort Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) over his Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) heartbreak. Lost love should bring devastation and leave Carter wondering what’s next, but he’ll hopefully have Shauna to lean on.
Here’s what we know so far. Carter’s world will be upended abruptly this fall, so there’ll be some shocker that shakes him up.
Something will happen in an instant that affects Carter in a big way.
The wonderful life Carter has built with Quinn will come tumbling down, so we should consider how that might play out.
Since something will happen so suddenly, it’s possible Carter will get a call about a car accident, plane crash or some other tragic offscreen exit for Quinn.
Quinn could be killed off, though as we’ve seen multiple times in recent months, death doesn’t have to be a permanent thing on B&B.
The fact that we presumably won’t see a body could leave the door open – just in case Quinn might come back down the road.
If Quinn dies or is at least presumed dead, Shauna might pop back up for the memorial service.
We know Denise Richards will return as Shauna Fulton, so maybe Shauna will want to pay her respects and remember her closest friend.
Then again, the show already has the perfect reason for a Quinn and Carter breakup.
Carter couldn’t stop talking about how much he wanted a family with Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) before he dumped her at the altar for Quinn.
Since Quinn is in a different phase of her life, she could eventually feel like she’s holding Carter back from babies and other things he wants.
Quinn might bolt without warning and send Shauna to explain once she’s gone.
That way, Quinn wouldn’t be tempted to surrender to Carter’s desperate pleas.
Regardless, Shauna will make a comeback, so she could be the bearer of bad news if she’s revealing a split or mourn along with Carter if Quinn is dead.
Carter should be able to lean on Shauna and may offer some comfort in return depending on the circumstances.
