The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) may kick off a torrid affair. Will these exes follow in Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) footsteps?
Ridge hasn’t fully recommitted to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), which Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) was quick to point out to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) on the August 5 episode.
Deacon acted like Ridge wouldn’t be struggling with that recommitment unless there were residual feelings for Taylor.
Of course, Deacon seems spot-on since Ridge clearly has some lingering love in his heart.
Ridge couldn’t stop himself from kissing Taylor in Monaco, so will he struggle to stop himself from landing in bed with her next?
Taylor is a smart, world-renowned psychiatrist – as the show likes to remind us daily!
You’d think Taylor would have more respect for herself than to keep getting treated like a second choice, but she’s weak when it comes to Ridge.
There’s just something about Ridge that Taylor can’t resist, so that wise version of herself goes right out the window.
That’s important to keep in mind when it comes to any discussion about a potential affair.
Taylor might think she wouldn’t resort to sneaking around behind Brooke’s back as Ridge’s sidepiece, but we’d say she might.
Again, the rulebook gets thrown out when it comes to Ridge and this pull Taylor feels to him.
Similarly, Donna wanted Eric so badly that she was willing to take him any way she could get him.
That led to Eric and Donna having their beach club affair, which provided some great drama for the show.
Could Taylor and Ridge be next in line to become habitual cheaters?
It’s possible since Ridge is the kind of guy who likes to have his cake and eat it, too.
Ridge might let himself off the hook on a technicality with all this talk about not fully recommitting, but he’s still a married man.
Even if Ridge and Taylor just hit the sheets once, it’ll be a betrayal that involves breaking his marriage vows.
Regardless, it’ll be interesting to see what happens now that the temptation between these former flames is on the rise.
