The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will finally resurface and await news on his fate. Thomas still doesn’t know what’s going to happen when it comes to his career at Forrester Creations, so there’ll be a lot riding on the next FC board meeting.
Before Thomas’ CPS call shocker was revealed, he was thriving as the lead designer on Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) line.
Hope and Thomas recently had a Hope for the Future fashion preview that was a massive success, so Thomas may remind the board members of that.
Of course, Hope can no longer fathom the idea of working with Thomas, so that could be a factor as well.
There are plenty of other ways Thomas can contribute, but Hope firing him from her line is certainly going to make a bold statement.
Even so, Thomas will hope he’s given a chance to stick around.
B&B spoilers say Thomas will deliver a heartfelt plea and explain why he still wants to be part of the family business.
Thomas will surely have to show some level of remorse when it comes to framing Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and tricking Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
Ridge wouldn’t even entertain the notion of keeping Thomas around unless he showed some regret for his actions.
That said, Thomas will view this as a small slipup in the grand scheme of things.
Since Thomas has done far worse in the past and has made some positive changes overall, he’ll hope that matters – even with this glaring CPS bombshell haunting him.
Once Thomas has the opportunity to speak, it’ll be time for the FC board to hand down a decision.
There’ll be some surprises when it comes to who’ll vote to keep Thomas and who’ll vote to give him the boot.
It looks like there’ll be a tie since Ridge will end up with the deciding vote.
That should leave Thomas nervous since Ridge previously seemed ready to kick him out of the company.
Ridge was given some tough love when both Brooke and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) rejected him.
Since that led to Ridge realizing he needed to be a better man, will he fire Thomas and deliver tough love to him, too?
That’s one possibility to consider, but it’s also possible Ridge will show mercy.
The outcome of this CPS call plot was a blessing in disguise since it highlighted Ridge’s inability to commit to one woman.
Now that Ridge knows he needs to work on that, he might keep Thomas at the company on probation.
Maybe Ridge could give Thomas one last shot and warn him not to blow it.
Whatever the case, Thomas will hope for the best and prepare for the worst as he awaits updates on Ridge’s official choice.
