The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will seek legal advice from Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), so he may fear drastic Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) action will be needed.
During the week of September 12-16, Thomas will face some backlash over all the Douglas custody drama.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will decide to take a bolder approach and confront Thomas over his agenda.
Of course, Thomas will argue that he simply wants to strengthen his bond with Douglas and be a full-time father.
Although Thomas will promise it’s not his intention to upset Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), Liam will think Thomas is being manipulative again.
Thomas will realize Liam is working hard to make Hope see things his way. That could be part of why B&B spoilers say Thomas will turn to Carter for help later.
While working out at the Forrester Creations gym, Thomas will explain his tricky situation and ask Carter for some legal guidance.
Since Liam will be so riled up, Thomas may worry Liam will convince Hope to take a stronger stance and block his Douglas custody push.
Regardless, it’d be a smart idea to amend the formal custody agreement anyway.
Since Thomas is determined to take on a bigger role in Douglas’ life, the agreement needs to reflect that.
However, Thomas may have some concerns about how this move will be received by Hope and Liam.
Although Thomas won’t want to come across as too aggressive, he has to be prepared in case this indeed turns into a full-blown custody battle.
Considering Thomas’ history of instability, Carter may warn him that it could be used against him in court.
It’s in Thomas’ best interest to keep things civil with Hope and avoid a nasty custody war in front of a judge.
Unfortunately, it may be tough to reach a peaceful solution since this is turning into a Logan-Forrester feud.
Thomas will surely be willing to fight for Douglas if need be and may get some legal advice on how to do that.
Nevertheless, we can’t ignore Thomas’ strong feelings for Hope now that they’re bubbling back up.
If Thomas veers back into obsession territory, it could change everything!
