The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, August 4, reveals that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) decided they were going home to LA while Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) made Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) delete the photo she posted.
In Monaco on Thursday’s B&B episode, Steffy was still struggling to believe Finn was real.
Finn confirmed that he was and thought it was romantic that even death couldn’t keep him from Steffy.
After the phone rang, Finn answered Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) call on speakerphone and got confirmation that she saw the “Sinn” family pic.
Once Finn thanked Li for never giving up on him, Steffy piped up to thank Li, too.
Kelly Spencer (Remington Blaire Evans) made Finn pinky promise not to leave again and said she wanted to go home.
Steffy insisted she wanted that too and hoped they could all get back to their wonderful life together.
At Brooke’s place, she chatted with Hope and scrolled online until she saw the photo snapped with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).
Brooke demanded to know what Hope was thinking and warned that things were still delicate with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) right now.
Hope didn’t see the big deal and just wanted that normal moment of taking a photo with her parents.
That said, Hope wasn’t trying to cause any problems, so she agreed to take the pic down once Brooke asked.
Brooke didn’t want Ridge getting the wrong idea and ultimately tried calling him, but Ridge didn’t notice since he was busy talking to Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).
While speaking with Ridge alone, Taylor brought up the close moment they shared and grilled him about the kiss.
Ridge felt like Taylor was trying to “shrink” him, but she awaited an answer about why he kissed her.
“How could I not?” Ridge asked. After Ridge suggested they’d been through a lot together, Taylor decided not to push him any further on his feelings.
Back with Brooke, she worried that maybe Ridge saw the post and was upset with her.
However, Hope felt confident that nothing would come between Brooke and Ridge.
Over with Steffy again, she reflected on Finn taking a bullet for her and saving her life.
Part of Steffy died in the alley, so she had to get away from the heartbreak without Finn at the house.
Finn insisted that was over now, so they could go back to making new memories. That night in the alley wasn’t the end of their love story.
After Finn talked about how they had the rest of their lives together, he suggested they should go home – and Steffy agreed they should.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is still on the run, so it’ll be interesting to see how she might affect Steffy and Finn’s homecoming with the kids!
