The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Thursday, June 23, teases that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will face some new fiancée backlash when Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) gets honest about Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer).
At Forrester Creations, Paris will spread the word about her new engagement.
Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) will struggle to believe her eyes when she sees that bling on Paris’ finger, but her daughter will happily show it off.
Paris will suggest Carter picked out the perfect ring for her and will confirm that they’re going to tie the knot.
Of course, Grace will act like that’s going to happen over her dead body!
Since Paris’ mom thinks Carter’s going to break her heart, she’ll grow quite concerned about this mad dash to the altar.
Grace will order Paris to call the whole thing off, but Paris will refuse to budge when it comes to her impending nuptials.
Meanwhile, it looks like Ridge will work with Petra (Alexis Gaube) the model briefly before turning his attention to Carter’s messy love life.
Carter has been unlucky in the romance department, but Ridge may warn that rushing into a marriage isn’t the answer.
That’s especially true if Carter doesn’t really love Paris – and B&B fans know that he doesn’t.
Ridge will share his honest opinion on the situation, so that’ll involve a lecture about both Paris and Quinn.
It sounds like Ridge will suspect Carter’s reacting to what happened with Quinn rather than marrying for the right reasons.
Ridge may push Carter to see that he’s making a mistake and worry this path will only end in pain all around.
As for Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), she’ll feel like her work is done when it comes to Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).
Sheila wanted to make Li pay the price for her betrayal and get rid of her problem, so that’s exactly what she did.
Now Sheila just has to fret over John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) care and how she’ll handle it on her own.
However, Sheila has always proven to be rather resourceful and will do whatever it takes to make sure Finn’s recovery continues.
