The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 3, reveals that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) provoked Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) angry confession while Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) rejected Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and his plea to be a couple.
At Brooke’s place, Deacon argued that she needed a man who wouldn’t put conditions on his love or run to another woman when things got tough.
Deacon reminded Brooke of how amazing they were together all those years ago and thought they could have that again.
Deacon pushed for a real partnership and suggested Brooke had to be realistic since Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) had all but abandoned her for Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).
Brooke knew that the odds were against her, but she felt Ridge would always have her heart.
Brooke called Ridge her soulmate and her destiny, but Deacon remained concerned over Ridge moving back toward Taylor.
Before Deacon left, he assured Brooke that he’d do anything for her and that he’d always be there.
Brooke offered her gratitude and gazed at a “Bridge” photo once Deacon was gone. She once again asked herself what she’d done and was filled with regret.
At the cliff house, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) acted like Brooke was desperate and would say anything to undermine what Taylor had with Ridge.
Steffy insisted that Brooke threw her marriage away and wasn’t concerned about Ridge going back to her.
Thomas agreed that Taylor was an oasis of happiness and fulfillment. He suggested Taylor was a way out of trouble for Ridge as well as a safe harbor.
Taylor pointed out they were just taking things moment by moment, but Steffy brought up all the history her parents shared.
After Taylor admitted that family meant everything, Thomas hoped that things would finally settle down now.
Thomas felt no one would come along and get in the way of Taylor’s reunion with Ridge – no matter how hard they tried!
At Forrester Creations, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) told Ridge that there was no other man for Brooke and that there would never be another man.
Ridge appreciated Hope taking responsibility for her part in the Deacon nightmare, but he was reluctant to reunite with Brooke.
However, Hope didn’t think Ridge could give up on Brooke so easily. She pointed out everything Ridge and Brooke’s love had overcome in the past before insisting their love could overcome this, too.
After Hope left, Ridge adjusted a design on a model named Petra (Alexis Gaube) before Taylor and Steffy arrived.
Petra congratulated Ridge and Taylor on reconnecting since Thomas mentioned something about that.
Taylor intended to talk to Thomas about his loose lips later, but he was back at home wrapping up some phone calls.
Steffy noticed that Ridge seemed distracted, but she didn’t think he should feel guilty for saying enough is enough with Brooke.
Back at Brooke’s place, Hope admitted she just finished pleading with Ridge to find forgiveness. Although Hope knew her mom didn’t hurt Ridge intentionally, Brooke suggested she needed to be brutally honest with herself.
Brooke said maybe she wasn’t the right woman for Ridge and thought he might be better off with Taylor.
If Ridge and Taylor ended up together because of her own choices, Brooke felt she’d be the only one responsible.
In Sheila’s hotel room, she recalled Brooke’s confusion over why she started drinking again. Sheila smiled over the truth and insisted Brooke would never know.
Keith (Nick Waters) the assistant manager arrived right as Sheila was about to leave.
Keith confirmed that Sheila’s accommodations were still satisfactory and wondered where she was off to.
Back at the cliff house on Thursday’s B&B episode, Thomas spoke to someone over the phone about a new place he was interested in.
Thomas hoped it worked out since he was sick of house-hunting.
Sheila waltzed right in as Thomas hung up the phone.
Thomas made it clear that Sheila wasn’t welcome there and ranted about how Sheila shot Taylor, which drove Ridge to lean on Brooke.
Thomas argued that Ridge and Taylor wouldn’t have been driven apart if it hadn’t been for Sheila, but she claimed she was a changed woman.
Of course, Thomas didn’t buy it and refused to give Sheila another chance.
Thomas was wary of Sheila wrecking things now that Taylor and Ridge finally had a shot at happiness.
Thomas warned Sheila to get out of their lives forever, which sent her flying into a rage.
Sheila insisted that the demise of “Bridge” was because of her and added that she was responsible for Ridge’s reunion with Taylor.
Sheila felt that Thomas should be welcoming her with open arms, not banning her from the family.
Sheila said Thomas should be thanking her profusely and once again claimed she was the reason Taylor finally had an opportunity with Ridge.
“Because of me, Thomas! ME!” Sheila declared. That left Thomas taken aback and suspicious of what Sheila had been up to.
