The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 31, reveals that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) physically attacked Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) – and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) was back in Los Angeles. Here’s how all Thursday’s B&B drama played out.
In the alley behind Il Giardino, Steffy argued that Sheila was the same manipulative sociopath she’d always been. She ranted about how sick it was to drive alcoholic Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) to drink.
Sheila finally admitted it was true, but she felt Steffy should be on her knees thanking her profusely! After Sheila took credit for getting Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) away from Brooke, she said Steffy got exactly what she wanted.
Sheila hissed out a “you’re welcome,” but Steffy was aghast over Sheila thinking she wanted this. She was outraged over Sheila’s scheme and didn’t get why her mother-in-law even cared whether her family was back together.
Sheila said it was her family, too – even if Steffy didn’t want to hear that. She felt Steffy would accept it one day like Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), who believed she’d changed.
Steffy felt this Brooke plot was proof that Sheila hadn’t changed at all. She announced that she was putting an end to this and refused to let Sheila stop by Taylor’s office or have secret meetings with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Steffy never wanted to see Sheila’s face ever again!
At home, Brooke talked to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) about her latest conversation with Ridge. She worried Ridge was happier at Steffy’s place with Taylor, but Hope felt Brooke still had a chance.
Brooke admitted she begged Ridge to come home and could tell he was torn about it. However, Brooke also knew that Steffy and Thomas were doing everything they could to keep Ridge apart from her.
Brooke also took a call from Bridget, who revealed she was back in LA and working at University Hospital to help with restructuring changes. Hope was thrilled to have Bridget in town again as backup.
When Brooke alluded to an outside force working against her marriage, Liam and Hope were confused. Brooke just felt like she was missing something – like maybe someone was working against her relationship with Ridge. She thought there was a bigger explanation in all of this.
At Forrester Creations, Thomas pushed Taylor to confirm she wanted to get back together with Ridge. After Ridge eavesdropped for a moment, he joined the two of them.
Taylor felt it was no secret that she wanted a life with Ridge. That said, Taylor insisted Thomas needed to stop all the parent trapping. She didn’t want Thomas to say or do anything that might interfere with Ridge’s decision regarding Brooke.
Ridge and Taylor got the feeling that Thomas wanted to tell them something, but he didn’t confess anything to do with Sheila’s scheme. Instead, Thomas said he could see the potential for two people to build a wonderful life together. He acted like Taylor and Ridge seemed meant to be.
Back in the dark alley, Sheila argued that Ridge deserved to be free! Steffy snapped that it shouldn’t happen like this and added that Sheila would never have a relationship with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
Sheila countered that it wasn’t Steffy’s decision and warned her not do anything to come between them. She pushed Steffy to keep her mouth shut, so Steffy wondered if her mother-in-law was threatening her now.
Steffy wondered how Sheila expected to make inroads with Finn when she was threatening his wife and the mother of his child. Sheila felt like Steffy was baiting her and wanted her to have a little understanding like Taylor.
Nevertheless, Steffy stood her ground on how Sheila wasn’t reformed. Sheila acted like she couldn’t let Brooke get in her way – and she wasn’t going to let Steffy get in her way either.
Steffy acknowledged that Sheila was indeed threatening her, but Sheila said she didn’t want it to be this way. She started speaking in the past tense about Steffy and acting like she could’ve loved Steffy along with Finn.
Steffy fired back about it being a curse to be loved by Sheila – a curse that Finn would never have to know. She intended to make Finn realize that Sheila was still a criminal.
Suddenly, Sheila grabbed Steffy by the jacket and slammed her against the dumpster. She argued that if one of them wasn’t meant to be in Finn’s life, then it was going to be Steffy.
Steffy looked rather terrified as Sheila’s crazy anger erupted right in front of her! As other B&B news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you in the loop.
