The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thursday, October 20 Recap – Quinn’s Confession to Shauna – Sheila Warns Deacon Off Brooke

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, October 20, reveals that Quinn Fuller’s (Rena Sofer) confession to Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) was revealed while Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) warned Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) off Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).

At Forrester Creations, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) insisted that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) would always love Brooke, but Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) talked about Brooke’s blatant plays and assault on her family.

Hope suggested Steffy was condoning the destruction of a marriage, but Steffy felt that Ridge knew his own heart and that it was fully with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).

After Steffy talked about Brooke making Ridge miserable, she said she felt bad for Brooke since she never learned from her mistakes.

Hope argued that the Forresters constantly reminded Ridge of Brooke’s shortcomings, but Steffy was just focused on her reunited family and the joy Taylor was feeling now.

Although Hope didn’t understand why Ridge would suddenly go back to Taylor, Steffy made it clear that this reunion wasn’t temporary.

The sooner Hope and Brooke got that through their heads, the better it’d be for everyone – at least as far as Steffy was concerned.

Steffy insisted that everything had changed and told Hope this was a wonderful time for her family – the Forresters! Hope just stood there scowling in silence.

At home, Brooke left a voicemail for Ridge before Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) showed up.

Although Brooke tried to stay positive, she knew Ridge would stay gone if Steffy and Taylor had their way.

Brooke was sorry to dump everything on Liam, but he said he’d always have her back and that Hope would always defend her, too.

However, Brooke just couldn’t understand what Ridge thought she did wrong and why it would convince him to upend their lives like this.

The camera then panned over to a framed photo of Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) with Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).

Liam argued that Brooke needed to talk to Ridge again since the stakes were so high.

Brooke refused to let Taylor and Steffy win, so she vowed to get to the bottom of this, fix it and bring Ridge back to her.

At Deacon’s place, he fumed over Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) getting under his skin.

Deacon argued that Brooke deserved better, so Sheila wondered what poor Brooke Logan would do without a man for five minutes.

After Deacon urged Sheila to have a little compassion for his daughter’s mother, Sheila insisted that’s all Brooke would ever be.

Whatever future Deacon thought he had with Brooke wasn’t happening according to Sheila, but Deacon suspected she was jealous.

Sheila played up her own appeal and knew Deacon felt a heat with her like he’d never experienced with another woman, not even “what’s her name.”

Deacon kissed Sheila passionately, but he ultimately circled back to how Brooke could do better than a clown like Bill.

Sheila thought Deacon wanted to save Brooke, but she felt the need to burst “Sir Lancelot’s” bubble and warn that no amount of chivalry would help him win.

Brooke was always going to belong to Ridge whether he wanted her or not.

Back at Forrester Creations, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) told Katie Logan (Heather Tom) that he wanted Quinn answers and that he’d made a phone call to someone.

Moments later, Shauna arrived at the door. To start out, Shauna apologized to Carter since he didn’t deserve the treatment Quinn gave him.

Carter said Quinn made comments about not being able to give him marriage and a family, but he told her that didn’t matter to him.

Katie questioned whether Carter was telling the truth, so Shauna noted that Quinn was awfully good at reading people.

Based on what she told Shauna, Quinn thought Carter really did want marriage and a family deep down.

Although Quinn felt horrible, she also thought this split was the best thing for both of them.

Shauna advised Carter not to spend too much time figuring this out since when something was over for Quinn, it was truly over.

Katie agreed Carter might never know the full reason Quinn left.

Shauna assured Carter that there was some lucky lady out there who’d make him forget all about Quinn.

Carter looked over at Katie and later wondered if Shauna picked up on his feelings.

As Carter moved in close, he expressed gratitude since Katie had been so understanding and generous with her support.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Quinn’s loss could be Katie’s gain, so don’t miss what’s in store!
