The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Tuesday, April 19 Recap – Steffy Vows To Never Leave Liam – Quinn Ruining Carter’s Romances

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, April 19, reveals that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) vowed she would never leave Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) – and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) learned she was ruining Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) romances.

At the hospital on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Steffy remained groggy and wanted to go home.

Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) insisted they shouldn’t get ahead of themselves, but she was pleased with Steffy’s progress.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) tried again to jog Steffy’s memory of what happened in that alley.

Bridget intervened when it seemed like it was stressing Steffy out too much, but Steffy said she wanted to help.

Steffy tried to remember the shooting, but nothing came to her. Ridge assured Steffy that it was all right and vowed to find the person who did this.

Once Steffy went back to sleep, Ridge acknowledged that she had more heartache coming her way. However, Ridge insisted he’d be right there.

Meanwhile, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) admitted he had no idea Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) was depressed enough to jump off the roof.

Sheila clarified that she was still that depressed and would’ve jumped if it hadn’t been for Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).

After Sheila talked about Taylor saving her life, she insisted she saved Taylor’s, too.

Sheila ended up lashing out at Deacon since he had no idea what she was going through.

Sheila broke down in tears over John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) death and how Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) had no father.

Deacon thought that was why Sheila needed to stick around and be there for her grandson, especially if Steffy didn’t pull through.

Sheila admitted Steffy was awake, so Deacon thought that was great news.

As for Sheila, she just wished she could go back in time and do something to stop the shooting.

Sheila wanted to see Finn one more time and tell him how much she loved him. She cried as Deacon did his best to comfort her.

After getting updates on Steffy, Brooke showed up and knew Taylor must be so relieved.

Brooke learned Ridge was in Steffy’s room and decided she probably shouldn’t interrupt.

Brooke wondered if Steffy recalled anything about the shooting, so Taylor admitted that she didn’t – though she thought it was understandable for Steffy to suppress that kind of trauma. She was hopeful that Steffy could connect the dots eventually.

Back with Taylor, she talked to Bridget about Steffy’s memory.

As a doctor, Taylor knew they shouldn’t be worried about that yet. As a mother, Taylor was freaking out.

Bridget pointed out that regaining consciousness was Steffy’s biggest hurdle.

Bridget suggested it might not be such a bad thing that Steffy didn’t recall everything right now.

Taylor couldn’t imagine what it’d be like for Steffy to recall that horrific night, but she knew it was important if they wanted to put the culprit behind bars.

Sheila eavesdropped as Taylor worried Steffy might never remember what happened – and Bridget seemed to think that was a strong possibility.

While Liam was visiting Steffy, Brooke spoke with Hope and wondered why she didn’t go with him.

Brooke thought it must be strange for Hope since Liam was practically holding vigil at his ex-wife’s bedside.

Hope didn’t want to overwhelm Steffy by joining Liam and felt that he should have some alone time with Steffy.

Brooke still thought Hope should’ve gone with Liam since that’s her husband.

Hope assured Brooke that she didn’t have to worry since nothing was going to change that.

Back in Steffy’s room, she lit up as Ridge allowed Liam to enter for a visit. Liam asked if Steffy had any idea how worried he was.

Liam couldn’t bear the thought of Steffy leaving, but Steffy insisted she’d never leave him.

Steffy got emotional over how much she needed Liam. She touched his face tenderly and repeatedly called him her “sweet husband,” so Liam looked stunned.

At Forrester Creations, Quinn thought it was time to give Carter back his loft key.

Quinn also wondered what Carter had gotten himself into with Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and assumed Carter was the reason she wasn’t engaged to Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz).

After Quinn learned this had been going on since New Year’s Eve, Carter called it a mistake that never should’ve happened.

Carter felt they would just have to fight their attraction, but Quinn smiled since she knew a little bit about that.

Carter confessed that he hadn’t been all right since Quinn went back to Eric. He was confused and felt he hooked up with Paris knowing it would go nowhere.

Carter couldn’t risk starting something with real potential – not when part of him was still longing for Quinn.

Carter said he missed Quinn, who handed the loft key over and touched their hands together a special moment.

As they locked eyes intensely, Quinn admitted that she missed Carter, too.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Carter and Quinn will have more to get off their chests, so stay tuned to B&B.
