The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 19, teases that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will reel over Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) marriage mix-up – and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will react to his daughter’s huge setback.
B&B fans know Liam has visited Steffy at her bedside, but she hasn’t been awake for those visits so far.
Steffy has been groggy and disoriented since coming out of her coma, but she’ll be doing much better the next time Liam pops in.
Liam will love seeing some color back in Steffy’s cheeks and some more signs of life. Liam will be thrilled over Steffy’s recovery progressing and will admit she gave them all quite a scare – especially him.
Liam will play up his connection to Steffy, but it turns out that connection is a much deeper one from Steffy’s perspective.
After Steffy refers to Liam as her husband and touches his cheek tenderly, he’ll know something is seriously wrong.
Liam may ask some gentle questions to see the last thing Steffy remembers. It’ll rock Liam to the core when he realizes Steffy is missing years of her life!
Steffy doesn’t have a clue who John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is, so she certainly doesn’t remember falling in love with him or having a baby together.
Although Steffy will be eager to pick up where she left off with Liam, she won’t realize he’s married to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) now.
That’s something Liam should keep under wraps for now as he mulls over how to handle all this.
Ridge will also deal with the shock of Steffy’s setback and spill the news to Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) soon enough.
Steffy’s amnesia bombshell is going to create quite a mess, so B&B viewers will want to stay tuned.
In the meantime, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will pry a confession out of Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) since she overheard too much of his conversation anyway.
Carter will fill Quinn in on the details of his short-lived Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) romance and why he ended it.
Quinn should have sympathy for Carter, who can’t seem to fall for available women.
Carter still has some painful wounds from when Quinn chose Eric Forrester (John McCook), but he understood why she had to make that decision.
Even so, it’ll be easy for Quinn and Carter to feel close again once they open up to each other.
After discussing some special memories, Carter will push Quinn to admit the deep feelings that are still between them.
