The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, August 23, tease that Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) offer will tempt Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) while Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) stands his ground with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
At the cabin, Hope will continue to plead her case regarding Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) and where he belongs.
Although Hope is willing to offer more father-son bonding time, she doesn’t see why Thomas has to uproot Douglas’ whole life.
However, Thomas is sick of feeling like he’s at Hope’s mercy when it comes to seeing his own son.
When Hope suggested she would “give” this extra time with Douglas, it really seemed to strike a nerve.
Thomas wants to feel like he’s playing an active role in Douglas’ life around the clock – not just when it’s convenient for Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
Plus, Thomas wants Douglas to have the full Forrester experience through a mansion move-in, so he’ll stand his ground on the custody situation.
That said, the drama won’t really get resolved since Douglas will come home from his friend’s house before that can happen.
They’ll once again have to table the discussion, but it’ll be clear to Hope that Thomas isn’t backing down.
Of course, Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) isn’t backing down either!
That’s evident in Brooke’s own argument with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), who wholeheartedly supports Thomas taking Douglas to live with him.
Brooke is refusing to allow it, but Taylor may fire back that it’s not up to Brooke or even Hope for that matter.
Taylor will refuse to let the Logans run the show, so B&B spoilers say her faceoff with Brooke will take a tense turn.
At Deacon’s place, he’ll mull over a tempting offer. Sheila admitted she has a lot of money – though she warned Deacon not to ask how she acquired it.
Deacon became intrigued as he asked how much Sheila’s got, so that brought a smile to her face.
Sheila will hope she can pay Deacon for his silence and a place to stay, but he’ll struggle since this is putting his freedom at risk.
Nevertheless, Sheila will take Deacon down with her if it comes to that, so he’ll have to think long and hard about his next move.
