The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, July 26, reveals that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) revealed John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was alive while Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) flustered Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) over Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) rules.
First on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Deacon stopped by Taylor’s office and learned she was going to Europe with Ridge.
Deacon was sorry to hear how much Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was struggling and said he’d be thinking of Taylor while she was gone.
Although Taylor thought that was sweet, she also thought they shouldn’t see each other like this once she returned.
Deacon figured this was about Ridge and questioned why he got to make all the rules, especially since he moved back in with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Taylor acted like she just didn’t want any more problems since she had to focus on Steffy and the kids.
Deacon understood, but he also wanted to see whatever this was and give it a shot.
Taylor asked what Deacon meant, so he suggested this was a friendship or some sort of compatibility.
Deacon wondered if Taylor honestly wasn’t curious about him, but she shut down “this thing” – leading Deacon to point out there was indeed a thing.
Taylor got all flustered as she said she needed to get on a plane with Ridge, but Deacon smirked in satisfaction.
After Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) painted her toenails, she heard Finn stir and warned him not to have any more outbursts.
Finn pushed Sheila to prove her love by letting him return to his family, but she refused to put his progress in jeopardy.
All Finn was asking for was a little bit of mercy, but Sheila went on a rant about how Steffy didn’t show her any mercy and how she lied like Li.
Since Finn assumed he’d never see Li again, he pushed Sheila to give him back Steffy and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot).
At Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) place, Li sat on the sofa and thought of Finn.
After Bill greeted Li and brought her some coffee, he felt confident they’d have a breakthrough today.
After Bill mentioned his sons, Li looked shaken and rushed down the hall.
Liam showed up moments later and learned the mystery woman was in her room, so he marveled over her having a room now and didn’t get why Bill was suddenly so compassionate.
Bill acted like he wanted to do something hands-on and make an immediate difference – something beyond the millions he usually gave to charity.
Liam worried this woman could be a drug addict or a criminal, but Bill knew there was a story under the surface and had a connection with her.
Bill urged Liam to get on board or “get the hell out,” so Liam shifted gears and talked about Steffy’s depression rehab center.
Li listened around the corner as Liam and Bill talked about all Steffy’s trauma surrounding Finn.
After Li revealed herself, Liam marveled as he recognized her.
Once Liam reminded Li that he was Kelly Spencer’s (Remington Blaire Evans) dad, he told Bill this was Steffy’s mother-in-law.
Bill reeled over this being Finn’s mom and wished Li had told him before.
Once Li flashed back to all the mayhem with Sheila, she said Sheila’s name and mentioned Finn as well.
Liam and Bill acted like it was such a tragedy that he was gone, but Li insisted Finn wasn’t dead – that her son was alive!
At Forrester Creations, Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) learned Ridge was headed to the airport.
Since Steffy was going through so much, Zende asked Ridge to send well wishes to his cousin.
Ridge ended up on the Forrester jet later – and Taylor wasn’t far behind.
After confirming to the pilot that they were ready for takeoff, Taylor contacted the lead therapist in Monaco to let her know they were on their way.
