The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, May 10, reveals that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) tricked Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) with a Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) offer, so Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) plan stopped Sheila’s LA departure.
At Il Giardino, Sheila argued that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) would still be alive if it weren’t for Steffy.
Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) didn’t understand, so Sheila acted like Steffy must’ve mouthed off to the shooter and refused to comply.
After Sheila said she should’ve been there to protect Finn, Deacon insisted she wasn’t to blame for what happened.
Although Deacon didn’t think Finn would want Sheila punishing herself, Sheila wasn’t so sure about that.
Sheila argued that she’d always feel responsible, so she thought it was best if she left LA and didn’t come back.
At the cliff house, Steffy continued to reel over Sheila shooting her own son.
After Steffy assured Taylor and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) that she was certain, she thought back to how Finn sacrificed his life for her own.
Taylor beat herself up for believing Sheila had changed and letting her back into their lives.
Steffy argued that Finn was fooled, too – and Ridge agreed that Taylor was just trying to give Sheila the benefit of the doubt.
When Taylor went to call the police, Steffy stopped her and insisted her mom should invite Sheila over there instead.
Ridge and Taylor thought it was too dangerous, but Steffy wanted to see Sheila’s face when she got busted and watch her squirm.
Steffy insisted Sheila wouldn’t bring a weapon with Hayes in the house and demanded this chance to avenge Finn’s death.
Taylor relented in the end and called Sheila, who was pleasantly surprised to hear from her.
After Taylor argued that Sheila should come back over and see Hayes, Sheila wondered if Taylor really wanted her there.
Taylor said she did very much and added that she wanted to see Sheila get what she deserved.
Once Taylor insisted Finn would want this as well, Sheila vowed to head right over.
Deacon was thrilled for Sheila once she disconnected and explained everything. Sheila said it looked like she wasn’t leaving LA after all, so Deacon gave her a hug.
Back with Steffy on Tuesday’s B&B episode, she was adamant about facing Finn’s mother and his murderer.
Steffy felt that Sheila had terrorized her family for far too long, so she was ready to end it once and for all.
At Forrester Creations, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) hoped that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor made it clear to Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) that nothing was going on between them.
There was too much at stake, so Quinn didn’t want Paris stirring up any trouble.
Although Quinn would always be attracted to Carter, she loved Eric Forrester (John McCook) and talked about their mutual commitment.
Quinn admitted things weren’t the same since she broke Eric’s trust, but she wanted to strengthen their relationship.
Carter urged Quinn to reach out and tell Eric how she felt, so she decided to call Eric right now.
That left Carter pleased as he stepped out and gave Quinn some privacy.
In bed elsewhere, Eric confessed to thinking about Quinn and apologized to Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis).
Donna joked that she was thinking about Brad Pitt and didn’t mind being Eric’s secret fantasy hall pass.
Despite Eric’s guilt, he didn’t regret this uncomplicated, effortless romance with Donna.
Eric assured Donna that she made him so happy, so this was the best thing that had happened in a long time.
Donna still thought Eric felt guilty for being unfaithful, but he insisted that he felt grateful for Donna and tried to get her to focus on his happiness.
Suddenly, Quinn called Eric’s phone, so he answered it and realized it was a video call.
Eric was still naked under the covers with Donna, but she wasn’t where Quinn could see her.
Quinn seemed confused about what she was looking at, so she asked Eric where he was.
