The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, November 29, reveals that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) pushed Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to keep his promises and wed while Katie Logan (Heather Tom) offered a big reveal about the new man in her life.
At the Forrester mansion, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) was out of the room as Ridge raged about how Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) hadn’t changed at all.
Thomas wanted Ridge to focus on his love for Taylor, but Ridge insisted that Thomas betrayed him.
Eric Forrester (John McCook) also got riled up as he processed Thomas framing Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) for the CPS call.
Ridge seethed over Thomas undermining his marriage and thanked Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for being honest with him.
After Ridge pointed out what Thomas did to Taylor, the look on her face told him that she already knew.
Taylor confirmed that she was indeed in the loop, so Eric, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) all headed upstairs to give Ridge and the others some privacy.
Steffy noted that she just told Taylor after finding out the truth from Douglas.
Ridge realized this just happened right before the ceremony, but he was still upset that Taylor knew and was going to marry him anyway.
Steffy said that Thomas pressured Taylor to keep quiet, but Taylor said she was the one who decided not to tell – and that was on her.
Thomas took full blame for his mistake, but Ridge insisted it wasn’t a mistake and called it an “evil, calculated scheme.”
When Thomas argued that he had to get Ridge out of that toxic relationship, Taylor snapped that it wasn’t Thomas’ place.
Ridge thought back to all those times he asked Brooke to “just say it” and realized she truly had no idea what he was talking about.
Taylor knew she should’ve pulled Ridge aside and confessed, so he asked what happened to the woman that he fell in love with – the woman who always told the truth.
Since Taylor didn’t know, all she could do is repeatedly tell Ridge she was so sorry.
Taylor acknowledged that she panicked, but she also mentioned that Ridge said their reunion wasn’t about the CPS call – and that wasn’t true either.
Once Taylor assured Ridge that she didn’t want a marriage based on lies, she admitted she let her emotions and fears get the best of her.
The thought of losing Ridge when they’d finally made it had left Taylor scared.
Now Taylor felt it was the moment of truth, so she asked if Ridge wanted to go on with the wedding since this day was supposed to be about new beginnings.
After Taylor said that she had apologized and Thomas had apologized, she knew that didn’t make it OK.
Even so, Taylor wanted to know if Ridge was going to stand behind the promises he made and make her his wife.
At Brooke’s place, she tried to come clean to Katie about Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) pitch to reunite, but Katie already knew since Carter overheard – and then Katie overheard Carter standing up for her.
Katie explained how Bill made another pitch to reunite with her after his one to Brooke, so Carter ripped into him about how she deserved commitment and happiness.
Brooke and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) were pleased that Carter was the new man in Katie’s life, but she felt bad talking about this since Brooke was so glum.
As crazy as it sounded, Katie urged Brooke not to give up on Ridge since they were soulmates.
Donna agreed that Ridge would realize he’s making the biggest mistake of his life.
“You and Ridge are written in the stars – and no one can take that away from you,” Katie said.
Back at the Forrester mansion, Finn assured Eric that the kids were OK since they were decorating cupcakes with Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).
Eric was beyond furious with Thomas – and Carter suggested he’d never seen Ridge so angry.
Finn knew it must’ve been hard for Steffy to call out her own brother.
At Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) place, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) assumed he couldn’t stop thinking about Brooke since Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) gave him a heads-up about the wedding.
Sheila acted like Brooke would be fine since this wasn’t the first time she’d lost her darling Ridge.
When Sheila said Brooke wasn’t Deacon’s problem, he fired back that Sheila was his problem instead.
Nevertheless, Sheila warned Deacon not to even think about going to see Brooke.
There was also talk about how Sheila had been slipping out in disguise, but she felt confident she wouldn’t be recognized and mentioned having some new wigs.
After Sheila suggested she’d be free as a bird eventually, Deacon urged her to keep dreaming.
Sheila thought the only one dreaming was Deacon since he didn’t stand a chance with Brooke.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Deacon and Sheila have more issues ahead of them, so stay tuned!
