The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Wednesday, April 27 Recap – Steffy’s Drug Overdose Is Sheila’s Solution

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, April 27, reveals that Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) drug overdose was Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) solution – and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) made a plea to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

In Steffy’s hospital room, she cried over John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) death and wanted to know why this happened.

Steffy wondered how she could forget Finn and reeled over her mistake in thinking she was still married to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

Liam assured Steffy that he was still there for her and always would be. Sheila piped up that she’d be there too if Steffy let her.

Steffy acknowledged that Sheila was Finn’s birth mother and knew she was hurting since she was just getting to know him.

Sheila said she’d never understand how this could’ve happened and felt it was her last chance to be accepted as part of a family.

Sheila added that she was so sorry for Steffy and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot), who would grow up with no memory of his father.

Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) piped up that it was a senseless act and would leave them reeling for a long time to come.

That said, Taylor felt they could help one another grieve and make sure Hayes knew Finn through pictures as well as stories.

Ridge insisted that the person responsible would be put away – and Sheila declared that was what they all wanted.

Sheila excused herself and decided to go, but she teared up over Steffy not kicking her out and choosing kindness despite her own pain.

In the waiting area on Wednesday’s B&B episode, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) didn’t think Brooke should give up on Ridge.

Brooke felt selfish for talking about her own problems right now, but Hope didn’t think it was selfish for her mom to want her marriage to survive.

Bridget also assured Brooke that things were far from over in her relationship.

Bridget joined Steffy and the others in her hospital room soon after. She was glad to hear that Steffy was starting to remember, but she thought Steffy should get some rest.

Steffy was indeed tired, but she begged to see Hayes and got Taylor to promise she’d go get him.

Taylor let Steffy know that Hayes would be back in her arms soon.

Meanwhile, Liam rejoined Hope and admitted it was horrible watching Steffy’s memories come back.

Liam  mentioned how Steffy remembered Finn only to find out he was gone.

Sheila listened in on Taylor and Bridget’s conversation, which left her fearing that total recall was imminent.

There was talk about being extra cautious with Steffy’s meds so she didn’t go down the road of addiction again.

When Brooke found Ridge, she hugged him and wanted to support him like a wife should.

It was hard for Brooke to watch Ridge from afar, so she begged Ridge to please come home to her.

Liam remained worried about Steffy along with Hayes and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and knew he had to step up.

Hope told Liam that she’d help along with the rest of Steffy’s support system. She also wanted Liam to breathe since Steffy survived and the worst part was over.

While Steffy was asleep in her hospital bed, Sheila stood nearby. She feared Steffy could tell everyone the truth the next time she opened her eyes.

Since Sheila couldn’t let Steffy send her back to prison, she decided that an overdose would solve all her problems.

Sheila suggested everyone would think Steffy must’ve gotten her hands on more meds.

Although Sheila didn’t want it to come to this, she felt that the situation had reached an unfortunate and necessary end.

Sheila moved toward the equipment near Steffy as she prepared to finish her off.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sheila’s scheme won’t turn out the way she expects, so stay tuned.
