The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, December 7, reveals that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) refused to be a loser in love while John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) ambushed Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) at his apartment.
At the hospital, Finn told Steffy they needed to go through all the evidence with their Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) survival theory in mind.
If it was true, then Sheila was as dangerous now as she ever was – maybe even more!
Finn noticed the roots were still attached to the hair found at the alleged bear-mauling site.
Steffy suggested Sheila might’ve ripped it out and joined Finn in fully believing his birth mother staged her death.
Finn wondered whether Sheila was there in Los Angeles or if she’d made a run for it and tried to get across the border.
Steffy thought Sheila was crazy enough to hang around LA since she was so obsessed with Finn and Hayes Finnegan (Iliana and Vienna Norris).
As Finn and Steffy considered where Sheila might be exactly, Steffy suggested there was someone who could give them answers.
At Deacon’s apartment on Wednesday’s B&B episode, he worried about where Sheila went and what she was up to this time.
Deacon packed up Sheila’s suitcase since he’d have to get rid of it if she didn’t come back.
Once Steffy and Finn showed up, they once again thanked Deacon for helping him in the alley that night.
Finn and Steffy ultimately revealed that they knew Sheila faked her death, so Deacon looked pensive as they insisted Sheila was alive.
At Forrester Creations, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) filled Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) in on Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) taking some time away to make some decisions.
Brooke admitted she told Ridge she needed a commitment and that she couldn’t handle all the back and forth with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) anymore.
Once Brooke changed the subject to Carter and Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) evolving relationship, she felt the need to look out for her sister.
Brooke said that Katie had been through a lot – and she wasn’t just talking about Bill.
Carter knew Brooke meant Katie’s heart transplant and assured her that she didn’t have to explain.
Brooke mentioned how Katie overheard all the wonderful things Carter said when he stopped by the house, so Carter replied that he meant every word.
Brooke wanted Katie to move on from Bill with someone like Carter, who was a man of integrity.
Carter wasn’t sure where he stood with Katie yet and pointed out that Bill wasn’t a man who liked to lose.
At Bill’s place, he found Katie grabbing some stuff for Will Spencer’s (Finnegan George) care package.
As Bill scowled and downed some whiskey, Katie grew concerned about him wearing his sword necklace again.
Bill felt like he needed extra protection from himself, so Katie worried about him being in a dark place.
After Bill talked about all his bad decisions, he said he really needed Katie – especially now.
Katie hated that Bill was in love with Brooke, but he felt like she wasn’t listening to him. Bill asked if Katie was really going to give up on him and their family for Carter.
All these rejections were hurting Bill, who felt like everyone in his life had abandoned him – even Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears), who had been his so-called best friend.
Bill begged Katie not to turn her back on him and wanted just one more chance to make her the center of his world.
Katie insisted she was moving on, so Bill asked if she meant with Carter and seemed disgusted.
Although Katie didn’t know for sure, she liked being able to look in Carter’s eyes and see that he was telling her the truth.
Bill opened up about his pain and anger before declaring that he wouldn’t give up.
After Bill said he refused to lose Katie to Carter or anyone else, he added that he needed her like never before.
Katie stood there crying and looked fearful over the state Bill was in.
