The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, February 2, teases that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will have a security camera problem, which could be Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) ticket to Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) win.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) reminded Steffy that they have to be sure of Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) story.
Steffy will agree they need to leave no room for doubt – mostly because she won’t want Brooke getting off the hook.
Of course, that means coming up with undeniable proof that Brooke kissed Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) on New Year’s Eve.
Steffy will realize they need more than Douglas’ claims since Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) could just think the kid’s got an overactive imagination.
Steffy won’t trust Brooke to admit the real story, so she’ll want to offer firm evidence.
Thomas may not see how they can do that since no one else was on Brooke’s property that night besides Brooke, Deacon and Douglas.
However, Steffy will eventually get the idea to check Brooke’s surveillance footage.
Brooke has been so busy worrying about Deacon and Douglas spilling that she hasn’t even considered the security cameras at her house.
After Steffy once again pushes this as a chance to reunite Taylor and Ridge, she’ll mull over how to expose Brooke.
Within the next episode or two, Steffy will settle on tracking down the security footage from that night.
Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) will become part of this storyline on Thursday, but Wednesday’s cliffhanger could leave Steffy prepared to seek him out.
Steffy will count on Charlie to be an ally and show some Forrester loyalty.
Speaking of Forrester loyalty, Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) thinks Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) should show some as well.
Grace wants Carter to drop his Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) romance and is threatening to expose Carter’s betrayal to the Forresters if he doesn’t.
Grace won’t be afraid to drag Carter through the mud and make him look like the kind of guy who can’t stay away from the Forrester men’s love interests.
To be fair, this is indeed becoming a bit of a problem for Carter.
Since Carter already got caught going after Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) wife, the last thing he needs is the family finding out he’s got his eye on Zende’s favorite woman.
Carter somehow managed to find redemption and keep his job after the Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) debacle, but he can’t be sure the Forresters would get past another betrayal.
Grace will remind Carter of that once more and hope her blackmail plot pays off.
B&B spoilers say Carter will struggle since his head will side with Grace, but his heart will still want Paris.
Carter will face a difficult choice, but he’ll need Paris’ help later this week.
