The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, July 6, teases that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) revealed a freak accident – and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) regretted stopping Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) deadly jump.
At the cabin, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) discussed Sheila being on the loose.
There was also talk about the wedding disaster and how Hope was glad Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) crashed rather than Sheila.
Hope eventually reflected on her Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) frustration and wondered what else her mom had to do for him to finally come home.
At the cliff house, Ridge reassured Taylor about Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) since Sheila didn’t have a passport or any way to get to her.
Taylor still couldn’t believe Sheila killed her own son and tried to murder Steffy.
After Taylor recalled saving Sheila’s life, she wished she’d never been up on the roof that day.
Taylor admitted that she world would be a better place if she hadn’t stopped Sheila.
At the hideout, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) brought Sheila into focus and muttered about Steffy.
Sheila said they should concentrate on managing Finn’s pain and making sure he got enough rest.
Finn kept trying to ask about Steffy, so Sheila said she was fine and traveling with Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot).
Sheila just wanted Finn to work on getting his strength back since she refused to lose him again.
Finn remained confused as he tried to ask what happened, but Sheila didn’t want him to be stressed or upset.
Since Finn wouldn’t let it go, Sheila finally admitted she he’d been shot.
Finn thought he needed a hospital, but Sheila said she couldn’t take him there and reminded her son that she was a trained nurse.
Sheila assured Finn that they would get him back to the incredible man he was before the accident.
Finn was even more baffled over the accident mention, so Sheila confirmed he was shot by mistake.
Sheila said she was sorry and got emotional as Finn flashed back to driving that night.
Finn could also hear Steffy telling him about Sheila sabotaging Brooke on New Year’s Eve.
Sheila asked Finn if he remembered what happened, so more memories flooded back – including the moment when Finn dove in front of Steffy while Sheila pulled the trigger.
Finn’s eyes widened in shock and anger as he realized Sheila shot him. Sheila said she was so sorry and hoped Finn could see that, but he still looked furious.
At Brooke’s place on Wednesday’s B&B episode, her power went out – leaving her startled when Ridge arrived.
Ridge revealed that the whole neighborhood lost power and asked what was wrong with Brooke’s foot.
Brooke explained that she tripped going up the stairs and knew how that sounded.
Ridge agreed as he wondered how you fall going upstairs and who even does that!
After scolding Brooke for not keeping her phone nearby, Ridge insisted they should put some ice on her injury.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke and Ridge are on the verge of a major breakthrough in their relationship, so stay tuned.
