The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, June 1, teases that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) reunion journey will begin – and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will offer a sad sendoff to his ex.
Now that Steffy understands it’s probably best if she escapes the memories for a while, she’ll nail down some plans and meet up with Liam for a weepy farewell.
Steffy won’t know how she’s supposed to carry on without Finn, but she’ll decide to take some time in Europe and see if it’ll bring her peace.
Liam will want to make sure Steffy’s certain this is what she wants.
Like Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), Liam may worry about Steffy stepping away from her support system at such a difficult time.
However, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) feels like this is the right move in her professional opinion.
Liam will get why Steffy needs to reconnect with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) somewhere fresh.
There’ll be some somber moments as Steffy breaks down in tears and lets Liam hold her close.
Liam will give Steffy some comfort, but she’ll eventually have to gather her strength, say goodbye and tackle this next chapter without him.
Of course, somewhere deep inside, Finn seems to have heard Steffy’s pleas.
B&B fans saw how Finn’s eyes were trying to flutter open, so we’ll see if he opens them all the way or Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) has to keep hoping for that big step.
Whether Finn has visions of Steffy flooding through his mind or actually wakes up, viewers will see how connected they still are.
The show’s going to offer a romantic journey back together for Steffy and Finn, so that starts now!
Although Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s maternity leave is kicking off with a Europe exit, this is also putting Steffy’s reunion with Finn in motion.
The show has promised to highlight Steffy and Finn’s connection this summer, so Wednesday’s episode will mark a big turning point toward “Sinn.”
Li will be more hopeful than ever as she encourages Finn to come back to Steffy and Hayes.
This mother’s love has been instrumental in Finn’s recovery – and that’ll continue to be the case as Finn works to fully recover and reclaim his life.
