The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Wednesday, March 16 Recap – Steffy Busts Thomas – Sheila Sends Deacon to Win Brooke

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, March 16, reveals that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) busted Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) on an angry phone call – and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) sent Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) to win Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). Let’s talk about Wednesday’s exciting B&B drama.

At the cabin, Brooke stopped by looking for Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and found Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) instead.

Liam offered a cup of calming tea and was willing to listen, so Brooke opened up about how much she missed Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

Liam talked about Brooke handing Ridge over to Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) on a silver platter, so Brooke gave him updates on a new development.

When Brooke admitted she offered Ridge a divorce, Liam flipped out and demanded to know why.

Brooke decided maybe she made the wrong call and felt she should fight for Ridge.

Liam backed Brooke up on that and urged her to go fight for her marriage, so Brooke rushed out the door on a mission.

At Forrester Creations, Steffy insisted that Ridge needed peace and stability with a woman he could trust.

Steffy didn’t think any of that added up to Brooke and argued that Ridge belonged with Taylor as well as the Forrester family.

Hope insisted that Brooke made a mistake – one that she admitted and would take back if she could.

However, Steffy said that vodka didn’t just pour down Brooke’s throat on its own! She felt that Brooke chose to drink and carry on with Deacon.

At Il Giardino, Sheila pressured Thomas to keep the secret during their phone call.

Sheila felt that Thomas and Steffy were getting what they wanted since their parents were back together, but Thomas clarified that Ridge was staying in the guesthouse.

That news didn’t thrill Sheila, but she felt that her plan would work in time and urged Thomas to stay quiet.

After Sheila hung up, Deacon asked if she was “scheming much” and hinted about overhearing something he wasn’t supposed to.

Sheila realized Deacon hadn’t heard anything significant and suggested she was an open book.

Sheila turned Deacon’s attention to his chance to seize the moment with Brooke.

Sheila urged Deacon to push Ridge into the Taylor column for good and charm Brooke with that steamy appeal she was so vulnerable to.

Sheila told “Caveman” to go after what he wanted, so he headed over to see Brooke at her house.

Back with Thomas at Forrester Creations, he joined Steffy and Hope as they fought in front of Ridge.

Steffy was sick of Hope using alcohol to justify Brooke’s actions and said Brooke still chose to drink.

Hope defended her mom again and pushed Ridge to remember the love he still shared with Brooke.

At home, Brooke was surprised when Deacon showed up.

Deacon convinced Brooke to let him in, but Brooke wasn’t interested in taking a trip down memory lane.

Brooke felt that she handed Ridge over to another woman and trashed her own life.

Deacon, on the other hand, thought Ridge would forgive Brooke if he really loved her.

When Deacon said Brooke deserved better, Brooke said there was nobody better than Ridge. She ranted at herself for driving Ridge to Taylor’s arms.

Brooke suggested if there was a woman who might be able to take Ridge away, it was Taylor.

Deacon realized Brooke hadn’t given up on Ridge, so she confessed that was true and said she never should’ve let him go.

Next, Hope scowled as she returned to the cabin, where Liam gave her a hug. They discussed Hope’s run-in with Steffy and their strong difference of opinion.

No matter what anyone else said, Hope knew Brooke and Ridge still loved each other. She felt that Brooke had to fight for her marriage.

Over with Thomas, he asked if Steffy had to be so hard on Hope and felt she was just looking out for her mom.

Steffy insisted Hope was in denial and acted like there was no justification for Brooke’s reckless behavior.

After Steffy once again claimed Brooke chose to drink, she hoped Ridge could realize that.

Ridge said he did and knew maybe his marriage wasn’t fixable, but he also knew part of him would always love Brooke. He didn’t think that would ever go away.

Once Ridge was alone, he had a romantic flashback of a happier time with Brooke and remembered kissing her passionately.

Thomas wound up calling Sheila again in private, which annoyed her.

After Thomas said he didn’t have anyone else to talk to about this so far, Sheila got upset over the “so far” comment. She made it clear that their secret had to stay under wraps.

Thomas argued that Sheila was the reason for Brooke’s booze-fueled New Year’s Eve, but Sheila refused to care.

Sheila knew her own family dreams had a better chance of coming true with Brooke out of the picture.

Sheila reminded Thomas that Taylor had a chance with the love of her life.

Sheila felt Thomas could make Taylor and Ridge’s reunion happen by doing nothing at all – just keeping quiet.

Sheila knew everyone would get what was best for them in the end.

Sheila said they had to take this secret to the grave and wanted Thomas’ verbal confirmation that he heard her.

“Yes! I hear you!” Thomas shouted. That left Steffy looking shocked and uneasy as the eavesdropped around the corner.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will continue her spy games in the coming episodes, so that’ll bring trouble for Thomas!
