The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, March 23, teases that Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) tearful plea will fail while Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) gets a passionate surprise.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) just showed up to see Brooke, who begged her husband to leave Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) behind and come home.
Brooke’s hoping they can tackle the challenges together and rebuild their relationship, but will Ridge be willing to risk his already fragile heart?
Despite Brooke’s sincere speech about their deep love, Ridge won’t be willing to just pick up where they left off.
Ridge can’t come home to the bed Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) slept in and pretend that Brooke didn’t betray him with a man that he despises.
Ridge understands that alcohol played a role in Brooke’s mistakes that night, but he also knows she’s the one who let Deacon back into her life.
It might be different if this was Brooke’s first offense, but she’s made too many romantic blunders to count over the years.
Ridge will no doubt have Taylor, Steffy and Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) words ringing in his ears.
Ridge will have to consider the idea that this is just Brooke’s pattern and that perhaps she’s incapable of change.
Brooke herself has even considered that possibility, but she’ll fight with everything she’s got anyway.
Although Ridge will walk away without getting back together with Brooke, there’s hope for “Bridge” and their future together.
Wednesday marks the show’s 35th anniversary, but a preemption threw off the schedule and made it so their special standalone episode won’t air until Thursday, March 24.
However, Wednesday will set the stage for Brooke’s dream and leave her longing for Ridge more than ever before.
In the meantime, Thomas will be tormented by the secret he’s keeping with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
Part of Thomas won’t know if he can keep the Champagne label switch under wraps any longer, but another part of him will feel he must for the sake of his reunited family.
As for Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), B&B spoilers say they’ll press pause on any worries for a while.
Finn will encourage Steffy to take a break from all her Sheila and Thomas fretting, so she’ll happily enjoy his passionate surprise.
Finn’s romantic setup is sure to leave Steffy on cloud nine, so look for some hot “Sinn” lovemaking in Wednesday’s exciting episode.
