The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, March 9, reveals that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) called out the drunk-driving danger that came with Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) plot. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) also comforted sad Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), so here’s how Wednesday’s B&B episode played out.
In Sheila’s hotel room, Thomas ranted about how evil it was to trick an alcoholic into drinking.
Thomas forced Sheila to reveal exactly how she did it and was appalled over the Champagne label swap scheme.
Thomas pointed out that Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) was there that night and worried about what could’ve happened if Brooke had gotten behind the wheel.
Sheila argued that no one got hurt except for Brooke and her marriage.
After Thomas warned Sheila to stay away from Brooke and stop messing with her, Sheila suggested she merely lit the match.
Sheila felt that Brooke was the one who started the dumpster fire with her betrayal.
Thomas still felt that Sheila went too far, but Sheila countered that this was Thomas’ chance to rid Ridge of Brooke permanently.
Sheila insisted they had to keep this between them and added that Thomas had to take the secret to the grave.
At Brooke’s place, Ridge stopped by to pick up some clothes – though he admitted he wanted to see her.
Ridge made sure Brooke was feeling supported and staying on track with her sobriety, especially since it only takes one moment of weakness.
Brooke knew that all too well and couldn’t understand what drove her to destroy her entire life.
Ridge refused to turn his back on Brooke, but she felt she’d made such a mess of them.
Brooke knew Ridge had sympathy, but Ridge assured her that he was there out of love, not pity.
Ridge wished he could take Brooke’s pain away, so Brooke admitted she wished that, too.
However, Brooke felt that because of her bad choices – including the decision to drink – she had to wake up every morning without the person she loved more than life itself.
Brooke said she had to take some responsibility for that. She knew she let Ridge down and couldn’t blame that on anybody else.
Ridge ended up pulling Brooke into a warm embrace as he comforted her.
At Forrester Creations, Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) was convinced that Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) still wanted to be with Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and was ready to be exclusive.
Zende admitted he didn’t realize they weren’t on the same page until Paris told him.
Although Zende was trying to go with the flow, Grace urged him not to give up yet.
Zende asked if Paris was involved with another guy, so Grace flashed back to Carter’s confirmation that his romance with Paris was over.
Grace suggested she didn’t think Paris was seeing anyone else and felt that Zende was worthy of her daughter.
After Grace urged Zende to make a move before it was too late, he looked deep in thought.
Grace added that if Zende wanted a future with Paris, then he shouldn’t wait – or he might lose her forever.
At Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) loft, he objected to the passion that was bubbling up with Paris.
Carter pointed out that Zende considered him a friend and wondered what people would think.
Paris urged Carter to just focus on them and didn’t think they could shut off their feelings.
After they stripped down and shared some steamy kisses, Carter and Paris headed upstairs to make love.
Once they were done, Paris wore Carter’s shirt while they shared a meal together.
Carter teased Paris about being trouble, but she felt she was the good kind and just wanted to live in the moment.
Paris said what they shared was beautiful, so she didn’t want to take away from that and hoped to experience it again.
Paris sat in Carter’s lap as she dove in for more kisses.
