The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, May 25, teases that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will plead with Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) for closure. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will also neglect his family with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) in Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) opinion, so she’ll put Hope on high alert.
Brooke has already been concerned about the amount of time Liam’s spending with Steffy these days.
Although Brooke wants to be sympathetic to what Steffy’s going through, her main concern is always going to be her own daughter.
Hope runs the risk of letting Liam slip away if he continues to bond with his former flame. We can’t ignore Liam’s waffling tendencies – and neither can Brooke!
Of course, Hope will try to have faith in Liam’s commitment despite her own fears.
Liam hasn’t been devoting as much time to the “Lope” family lately, but Hope will try to tell herself that’s to be expected right now.
Even so, Brooke may worry about this becoming the typical pattern for Liam, especially since Steffy’s vulnerable and latching onto him like a lifeline.
Perhaps Brooke will argue that it doesn’t take long for exes to reconnect – though her own dilemma with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will shape her opinion on Hope’s situation.
As for Steffy, she’ll put a little more pressure on Li when it comes to the memorial service.
Steffy is struggling to let go of John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), so she’ll view this as an opportunity to say goodbye and give herself a turning point.
Li will remain agitated, but Steffy will push harder with a heartfelt plea for closure.
In the end, Li may encourage Steffy to just put the memorial service together herself and act too distraught to help.
B&B spoilers say Li will stir up more suspicions about why she’s acting so cagey.
Steffy won’t get what Li would be hiding or why, but Taylor may think grief is just working in difficult, mysterious ways.
Whatever the case, Steffy will try to close the door on her chapter with Finn while Li fights to keep her son alive!
