The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 23, reveals that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) blasted Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) for his Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) setup. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) also said Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) must know the truth, so here’s how Wednesday’s B&B episode played out.
Upstairs at the Forrester mansion, Thomas pushed Steffy to drop this, but Steffy insisted Taylor needed to know what Thomas had done.
Steffy finally blurted out that Brooke never called CPS on Thomas like Ridge thought.
Downstairs, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) commented on the fact that Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) seemed subdued.
Ridge agreed that Douglas was preoccupied, so Li acknowledged that it was a big day for Ridge and the whole family.
Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) later found Ridge looking rather glum as he stared out the window.
Although Carter tried to check on him, Ridge said he was never better and shut down the conversation.
There were questions about what was taking Thomas and Steffy so long upstairs, but Ridge guessed that Taylor was probably just having a moment with them.
Back in Douglas’ room, Steffy played Brooke’s faked CPS call followed by the one in Thomas’ voice.
Taylor could barely look at Thomas when she realized what he’d done and ranted about how she thought he’d changed.
However, Thomas argued that he had changed because he didn’t do this because he was obsessed.
In fact, Thomas thought everyone should be thanking him since he got Brooke away from their family and put them all on the path to happiness.
Thomas and Steffy had opposing views of what Taylor should do next.
Although Steffy insisted Ridge needed to know the truth, Thomas wanted Taylor to forget about this conversation and just go get married.
Thomas pointed out that his relationship with Ridge would be ruined if Taylor told the truth, but she fired back that he should’ve thought about that before framing Brooke.
The music started downstairs, so Taylor panicked since it was time for the wedding.
Since Taylor needed a moment to think, she pushed Steffy and Thomas to leave her alone.
Thomas once again urged Taylor to just go get married, but Steffy said Taylor needed to come clean to Ridge first.
Taylor stood there looking totally overwhelmed about the nuptials that were about to happen.
At Brooke’s place, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) were there to help their sister through this terrible day.
After a knock at the door, Brooke opened it to find Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) and his girlfriend, Lucy (Linda Purl).
Katie, Donna and Brooke greeted their father and were glad to finally meet Lucy after talking to her over video chat.
Stephen and Lucy were just passing through Los Angeles, so Stephen thought this would be a nice surprise.
It became obvious something was wrong, so Stephen asked to be brought up to speed.
Brooke admitted Ridge was marrying Taylor today and suggested Thomas had something to do with it.
Stephen learned the whole Aspen story and was confused about why Ridge would just turn on Brooke like that.
Brooke reiterated that Thomas somehow managed to break up her marriage – and now Ridge was minutes away from marrying Taylor.
Once Thomas and Steffy came downstairs at the Forrester mansion, Thomas said they were all talking about how much this day meant to the entire family.
Steffy shared a look with Douglas and nodded at him before eventually returning his phone.
After Taylor came downstairs, she hesitated before walking down the aisle.
A nervous Taylor ultimately joined Ridge, who seemed confused and asked if she was OK.
Steffy and Thomas stood there awaiting Taylor’s big decision once the wedding was in progress.
