The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, October 12, teases that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will hide his sinister side from Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) while Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) finds a temporary John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) distraction.
Sheila has been pretty fixated on the idea of bonding with Finn and Hayes Finnegan (Iliana and Vienna Norris), but she’ll take a break from family reunion plotting.
Instead, Sheila will decide it’s time for a grand gesture – something to show Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) just how much she cares about him.
Sheila can be a real piece of work sometimes, but she genuinely appreciates having someone like Deacon to turn to.
Deacon has never been thrilled about having Sheila under his roof, but at least he allows her to stay. It’s not like anyone else is lining up to hide a presumed dead criminal!
Of course, Sheila tries to show her gratitude when they hit the sheets, but she’ll want to do something extra special on Wednesday’s B&B episode.
We’ll see Sheila cook for Deacon, so she may put out an elaborate meal and set a romantic mood as part of her surprise.
However, Deacon may not have the enthusiastic response that Sheila wants.
Since Deacon remains on edge over harboring a fugitive in his own home, Sheila’s grand gesture may not be enough to keep his mind off that fact.
Sheila’s break from Finn and Hayes scheming will be short-lived, so that could be another reason for more Deacon backlash.
Deacon will worry that Sheila’s going to cross the line sooner or later – and that prediction should be spot-on since that’s exactly how Sheila operates.
B&B fans know how Thomas operates, too – at least the old manipulative version of Thomas that’s now roaring back.
It was revealed that Thomas is behind the CPS call that broke up Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
Thomas used the voice changer app to make Ridge believe Brooke called Child Protective Services on him. Now Thomas is sitting back and enjoying the fallout.
Naturally, Thomas just had to gloat to Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) about Ridge and Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) reunion.
It turns out Thomas may talk to a different Logan about Ridge’s love triangle outcome before long.
Hope will meet up with Thomas within the next episode or two, so she’ll be on the receiving end of a confession.
Thomas may admit that he heard from Ridge and Taylor about their reconnection in Aspen.
Perhaps Thomas will offer Hope sympathy while simultaneously working in a few digs about Brooke’s heartbreak.
Thomas can’t push it too far, but he also can’t pretend he’s anything except thrilled about Ridge choosing Taylor.
When it comes to Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), he’ll remain excited about all the fun activities at the Forrester mansion.
Even so, Douglas will miss living with Hope, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Beth Spencer (River Davidson) at the cabin, too.
Douglas will be conflicted, but Thomas may get sneaky and convince his son that the Forrester mansion is the best place for him.
Regardless, Thomas won’t let Hope see his shady side or confess that he’s really been up to with the voice changer app.
