Steffy doesn’t remember John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) or Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot). Adding to the shock, Steffy is convinced that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is her husband.

B&B spoilers reveal that Steffy woke up and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) immediately started peppering her with questions.
Ridge wants the person who shot Steffy and killed Finn to be held accountable.
However, it became clear that Steffy doesn’t remember the shooting. However, that won’t be the only thing that Steffy doesn’t remember.

The weekly preview confirms that Steffy’s memory loss goes back a few years.
Steffy doesn’t remember Finn much less marrying him. Jack Finnegan (Ted King) and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will be strangers to Steffy.
Then, there is the issue of Steffy and Finn’s son, Hayes. If Steffy doesn’t remember Finn, then she won’t remember Hayes either.
Emotional Reunion with Liam Spencer
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Liam and Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) already visited Steffy once after she woke up.
However, Steffy’s eyes were closed the entire time. When Liam and Hope left the room, Steffy opened her eyes and seemed sad.
Steffy paid special attention to how Liam gently put his hand on Hope’s back.
Although fans noticed this subtle gesture of love, it wasn’t clear what Steffy was thinking.
The preview for the week of April 18 shows Steffy thinks she is still married to Liam.
Steffy gets emotional as he reaches out to caress Liam’s cheek. Steffy makes a special effort to show Liam how much she loves him.
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Hope Logan Spencer Reels
In the preview, a stunned Liam leaves Steffy’s hospital room and meets up with Hope. Liam informs his wife about Steffy’s condition.
When Liam says that Steffy thinks they are still married, Hope’s eyes widen. It’s clear that Hope is bewildered by the situation.
However, this is the least of Hope’s concerns. It is teased that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) has an idea of how to best treat Steffy’s amnesia and it doesn’t involve a reality check.
Taylor wants Liam to play along, which doesn’t sit well with Hope or Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) at all.
While Taylor might be thinking that the truth could traumatize Steffy or cause a setback, what if she never remembers?
