The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for the week of May 2-6 teases that Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) mission will unsettle Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) will also hijack Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) love life, so here’s what fans can expect.
For starters, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will try to tell herself that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will honor his marriage commitment.
Hope will work to calm herself down as Liam spends the night at the cliff house and helps Steffy through this tough time.
Hope knows Steffy will be an emotional mess without John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) there for her homecoming.
The loss of Finn is hitting hard, so Hope will want to be understanding when it comes to the excruciating pain that Steffy’s dealing with.
Hope will justify Liam’s sudden devotion to Steffy and hope things will get better soon, but Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) may think her daughter’s just putting on a brave face.
Brooke has already been nervous about the possibility of a “Steam” reunion, so she won’t want Hope to let her guard down.
Perhaps Brooke will argue that it’s a mistake for Liam and Steffy to get so close – even under these terrible circumstances.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will find out what’s going on and throw his opinion in the mix as well.
Since Brooke will clash with him over it, Thomas might defend Liam for doing the right thing for an ex that’s in agony.
It’s been hard on Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to watch Steffy suffer, so they’ve definitely been leaning on each other more.
Ridge and Taylor will continue to find strength as a team, so that’ll give Brooke another reason to worry.
Other B&B spoilers say Quinn and Carter will open up to each other again.
They’ll share the qualities in each other that they find attractive and reflect on how they first started to sizzle.
Of course, Quinn keeps insisting that she’s committed to Eric Forrester (John McCook) – and Carter doesn’t want to do anything to rock the boat with the Forresters now that he’s been given a second chance.
That’s why Carter and Quinn will try to keep their relationship platonic this time around, but that could get more difficult if they keep hanging out behind closed doors.
Whatever the case, Quinn will commandeer Carter’s love life and argue that he’s in a far better league than Paris Buckingham (Diamond White).
From where Quinn’s standing, Carter is a real catch and can have his pick of women who are much better than Paris.
Next, Paris will decide to confess the truth to Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz).
Zende will find out that Paris and Carter were romantically involved – that is until overbearing Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) drove them apart.
While Zende processes that shocker and decides his next move, Sheila will be plotting a move of her own.
It’ll set off alarm bells for Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) when he finds out Sheila intends to stop by the cliff house unannounced.
Sheila may act like Steffy is starting to accept her now and argue that she can smooth things over.
Sheila might defend her plan and act like it’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission in this case.
Sheila will refuse to listen to Deacon’s attempts to talk her out of this, so she’ll head to Steffy’s place later and push to see Hayes.
That’ll lead to an eerie vibe, so Steffy will feel like something’s not right.
