The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the week of October 24-28 tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will apparently plan a marriage proposal while Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) gets a shock. Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) past will also haunt in some way, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
For starters, someone will pop the question. There’ll be a surprise marriage proposal, so Ridge seems like the one most likely to get down on one knee.
After all, Thomas and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) have already been predicting a wedding for their newly reunited parents.
Steffy and Thomas feel certain that Ridge will marry Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), so they may give him a nudge toward this proposal.
It’s easy to imagine Thomas and Steffy insisting that Taylor has waited long enough to be Ridge’s wife again.
Ridge might even recreate his treasure hunt proposal from years ago and really highlight that past connection.
Speaking of past connections, Hope will be taken aback when her own history collides with the present somehow.
Does that mean someone from Hope’s past will surface? Could Hope get hit with some memories of worse times with Thomas instead?
Hope has consistently defended Thomas, but she might see some cracks in that “changed man” façade eventually.
There could come a point when Hope starts to wonder if Thomas is as changed as he claims.
However, fall preview info previously pointed to a new character debuting.
It’s possible that person will have a backstory that’s linked to Hope – like a former flame from Italy or something along those lines.
Whatever the case, Hope will have to deal with the shock of her past haunting her on some level.
In the meantime, Thomas will face a different sort of bombshell thanks to Paris Buckingham (Diamond White).
B&B spoilers say Paris will spill a secret to Thomas, so this may involve a little office scandal.
Perhaps Paris will witness Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) kissing Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and pass the news along.
Then again, Paris might get updates on something related to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) going after Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Regardless, Thomas will discover some info and perhaps file it away in case he needs to use it to his advantage.
Brooke’s misery will get worse as Ridge and Taylor grow closer.
Ridge hasn’t even officially divorced Brooke yet, so she’ll be heartbroken if she learns he’s getting engaged to Taylor already.
