In Round One of Season Seven, characters from each category will duke it out to further themselves in the competition. Play along with host Nick Cannon and celebrity panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke.”

In tonight’s The Masked Singer premiere episode, Nick Cannon and the panel are excited for season 7 to start. Its a whole new season of guessing the singers while being entertained. The newest contestants are quickly brought out on the stage; Armadillo, Firefly, Queen Cobra, Jack in the Box, Cyclops. Lemur, the Cuddly, Miss Teddy and Thingamabob. The teams are broken into three; the good, the bad and the cuddly.
Team Cuddly will kick off the performances. Thingamabob comes to the stage. Its on to a couple of clues that the panel will have dissect after his performance. Thingamabob sings a Bon Jovi song. The panel goes crazy. They loves his voice. After his performance, Thingamabob shares his voice is the biggest clue. Robin thinks he could be an athlete. Ken and Jenny think he is defending a singer, performer.
Its on to Team Good. The Terrier comes out with his Scottish kilt on. On to the clues; there are gold records, pies and a Terry towel. The Terrier sings a song by Loverboy. Back up dancers swing flags in the background. The panel loves it when he howls to close his show. The Terrier loses his mask. He hides his face quickly.
The panel closes their eyes while the crew helps him. Nick laughs, this is a first. The Terrier tells them he is fine. He speaks with a Scottish accent. Robin isn’t sure if he believes it. Ken thinks it is Mike Myers since he does accents so well. Robin thinks maybe Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers.
On the the Bad Team. The Cyclops takes the stage. He gives some clues; cowboy hats, a comic book, eye drops. He begins to sing a Creed song. Nicole thinks it could be Danny McBride while Nicole thinks it is a Cobra Kai star.
Its on to the Good Team. Firefly takes the stage with her commercial dropping a few clues; a picture of Tyler Perry and how busy she is. She starts to sings and then suddenly starts to cough. Ken and some of the crew rush to her aid as she doubles over. She is taken back stage.
Its back to Team Bad. The Ram comes out on stage. He reveals some clues; he’s a real deal Ram, some Colts clues are shared, quarters fly with a piggy bank. He sings a Cheap Trick song. They love his performance. The Ram shares how he is used to being under the lights. The panel is sure he is a sports figure. Ken thinks NFL.
Firefly returns to the stage. She sings a Chaka Khan song. Nick thinks she lit up the stage. The panel has so many guesses and they are glad she came back and gave it another go.
The contestants come back out to the stage. The votes for the first elimination are in. McTerrier is going home. He is devastated. The panel gives some final guesses; Keen thinks Mike Myers, Robin thinks Flea, Nicole thinks EEwna McGregor while Nicole thinks Jeff Ross. McTerrier takes it off…Duff Goldman. The famous pastry chef.
