In tonight The Masked Singer episode,  the show introduced a brand new batch of singers. There were five new celebrities introduced in Round Two and, while no names were ever given out, plenty of clues were left behind on the stage. Up first was Ms. Teddy. Teddy chose the teddy bear as her costume because she was sweet and cuddly. Her clue package had a little bit of everything. There was a Santa teddy. This could mean she did a Christmas album or was in a Christmas movie. There was a director chair in there. There was laughing till cry emoji. The clue package was a lot of much yet at the same time absolutely no information.

But Ms. Teddy performed the song “Tell It To My Heart”. She has a great voice. She has a good stage presence and she threw in some dancing as well. She’s a performer in real life. This one had the judges throwing out guesses. Some thought she was Jill Scott because there was a heavenly connection in the clue package and Jill did a Christian movie. Nicole on the other hand thought Ms. Teddy could be Loretta Divine. She’s made her directorial debut. She started out onstage with the original Dreamgirls movie. Her name could be the godly mention. Robin went off the field with another name only none of them knew who was truly behind the mask.

Next up was the Hydra. Hydra is a man or men. It was unclear how many people were in the costume because Hydra was a huge costume that could be hiding two or possibly even three people. Hydra chose the costume because he or at least one of them reportedly had dragon’s breath at one time. He took care of it with gum. Another reason there could be three men in there was one of the clues in the clue package. There was something that said the “three amigos”. Leading many to suspect there were three people inside of the costume. There were other clues such as a beach ball and a Miami scene.

There were other odd things that made the judges suspect they were comedians underneath the costume. The judges all threw out various names and none had a truly strong guess. But the performance wasn’t a normal performance. The people behind the mask weren’t singers in real life. The voice or voices had a raw edge to them. They performed “Hey Soul Sister”. There was no dancing. There weren’t even any backup dancers. The guys could be actors. They could have met on a beach. There was just no direction to take on this one and so the judges were left a little stumped. And the next performer helped things.

The Ringmaster was next. The Ringmaster was a woman. Her clue package indicates that she could have come from the south. She also showed a license plate that said Golden State. There was a circus in her clue package. There was even something to say she was originally on the Disney channel. The Ringmaster performed another song from a Disney star when they performed “the Climb”. Nicole thought the Ringmaster could be Olivia Rodrigo. Olivia was originally a Disney star. She also have an amazing song called “Driver’s license”. And the last fact is that she knew how to put on a show because that’s exactly what the Ringmaster did.

The Ringmaster has sparklers. She had lights. She also had a hell of a voice because she sounded amazing. She was a singer or performer. She knew what to do to put on a show. Only, she was not Kelly Clarkson. Ken thought it was Kelly and literally everyone shot it down. The whole audience united on this one to say “No, Ken”. They all felt for sure that the Ringmaster couldn’t be Kelly Clarkson and Ken continued to pose wild theories. He did the same with the Lemur. The Lemur went up next. She was a woman. But she didn’t know how to play to her strengths. She chose the song “I Feel the Earth Move” and she was left quite breathy for the song.

The Lemur wasn’t a traditional singer. She might even have been out of practice for a couple of years. Her clue package however was full of interesting items. There were shades. There was a nocturnal excuse for why she chose the Lemur of all creatures. Some thought she was Goldie Hawn. Others thought she was Melanie Griffith. It was just Ken who threw out the Jennifer Aniston guess. He was so out in left field that no one could spot him anymore. The crowd rose up again to say that it wasn’t Jennifer Aniston. They thought Ken was being ridiculous. And he once again assured everyone that had it right.

Then there was the last performance of the night. The last performance came from the Armadillo. He’s a man and he performed “Secret Agent Man”. He wasn’t a traditional singer. But Nicole felt for sure that he was Eric Astrada.

But the person eliminated tonight was the Lemur. Nicole thought she was Goldie Hawn. Robin thought she was Melanie Griffith. Ken finally came up with a good guess when he thought she was Christie Brinkley. And Jenny thought she was Pamela Anderson.

In the end, it was Ken who was right because the Lemur was Christie Brinkley. She played Roxie Hart hence the Roxie magazine. She had a lamp for being in National Lampoon. She even had a convertible because her scene had the convertible. And so the crowd turned around for Ken. They were even praising by the end.

THE END!
