In tonight’s The Masked Singer episode, Nick Cannon comes out to start the show. Its the road to the finals. Nick and the panel of Robin, Jenny, Nicole and Ken are so excited about how this season has gone so far. The Ringmaster comes out. She is a finalist. She shares she plans to continue singing even after this. She also hints to Nicole that they have met before. She wants to win this and has been giving it her all. The panel can tell, she is very emotional in her songs.
Nick details some of the hardships and the fun the singers and the crew had over the season. The costumes can be difficult and hot, tough to walk in and dance in. The competitions are tough. Between Christie Brinkley and Dog the Bounty Hunter as well as Jennifer Holliday, there have been some big surprises so far.
Back to the Ringmaster, their guesses have been everywhere; Taylor Swift, Kasey Musgraves, Sarah Hyland. The guesses have been all over the place.
The Prince takes the stage. He shares how the season has gone for him. He just wanted to try his best and leave it all on the dance floor. He sung in Spanish at first because he could and he wanted to throw the judges. People don’t know him as a singer. He then picks something heartfelt for his next song before singing Stevie Wonder. He has some tricks up his sleeve for the finale. He really hopes to win.
Nick and the panel continue to look back at the season. They cannot believe Shaggy was the space bunny who sang to Kirstie Alley and the baby mammoth. They think about their guesses as to who the Prince is; Enrique, One Direction. He is such a great singer.
Its Firefly’s time. Nick brings her to the stage to discuss her road to the finals. She remembers her first performance when her mask causes her to have breathing issues. She had to keep going after that struggle. Each performance she has upped her skills and performance and given her all.
This experience for her has helped her strip down and focus in. She has some serious plans for the finale when it comes to her song choices. She wants to fly away with the win.
Nick recalls Joe Buck’s time on the show this season as well as when the terrier lost his mask. Jenny would have been mortified. They look back at Thingamabob, which was NFL player Jordan Mailata of the Eagles.
Nick tells the audience about the surprise upcoming live tour The Masked Singer will kick off on May 28th. Natasha Bedingfield will host. She takes the stage to perform. Nick has one last surprise – some of the season’s singers individually performing Don’t You Forget About Me.
