Devon is examining a woman who was on a trip of her lifetime with her partner. They are from England, and she has had the pain for two weeks but waiting to see a doctor because of how much it would cost. After a few tests, Devon tells her that she has stones. Randolph steps in and tells the Governor that a company he owned, billed for home care visits that never happened, subjected patients to dangerous and invasive procedures they didn’t remotely need, overdosed people on chemo, and asks him to remind him how much he scammed the taxpayers out of. The Governor says it is all lies. All this, and the cameras are rolling. The Governor walks away and asks an aid to find every bit of dirt on Randolph, he wants to destroy him.

Bobby has chimerism, only 100 cases have been documented. He was convicted with DNA evidence, he could be innocent. He had a bone marrow donor when he was 10 when the bone marrow started to make blood cells, it is his donor’s DNA, his name is Martin and he is in prison for armed robbery. Bobby has a change of heart, he wants the surgery which may save his life.

The woman with kidney stones has an infection, she is rushed back into the OR. Donald gets himself in the OR to work beside Randolph. They open her up and she is ischemic already. In surgery, she goes into cardiac arrest. They lose her. Randolph blames himself, and Donald overhears.
