Tonight’s Blue Blood episode begins with Tim having to sign documents to sell his childhood home.
Nolan got a 98 on his training exam, soon he will be a field training officer. Grey says he needs someone to finish training Thorsten, Nolan says he is happy to do it. Grey appreciates it.
Thorsten starts the day by getting Nolan a coffee. Elsewhere, Nyla is in labour, she is having a home birth.
Nolan and Thorsten are on patrol and asks him questions to test him. They get a call for a welfare check. When they arrive there, Nolan knocks on the front door, but Thorsten sees smoke coming from the garage, they open the door and there is a guy in a car with the engine running, Nolan checks him and he is gone. And, he was a cop.
Wesley is shown his new office and his case files.
Back to the crime scene, Lopez arrives and Nolan says he was a sherifs deputy, Patel. Lopez tells him to go to morgue with the victim. After a quick examination, there are marks on Patel’s wrists and his chest.
Lucy is with Chris, he tells her not to skip US school because of him.
Patel’s ex-wife lands, Lopez interrogates her. She tells her about his poker buddies, a guy names Rick gave her a bad vibe. The poker buddies called themselves “the crew.”
There have already been ten offers on the house, Tim is surprised. He tells Jenny to keep him posted.
Tim sees some officers from the same department as Patel, he tells them he is sorry. One of them says he heard about foul play, his name is Walt.
Nyla gets a call form Nolan, he tells her their are corrupt deputies who killed one of their own, they think they are ripping off dealers, she hangs up on him.
Wesley gets a hard time because he didn’t find any case to prosecute in the ones that he was given. Lopez calls him for him with the dirty deputy case.
Nyla hears live gun shots and calls it in. Smitty shows up and can’t find out where the shots were coming from.
Nolan and Thorsten bring in one of Nyla’s informants, Nolan asks what he knows about guys ripping of the drug dealers. He knows all about it and his guy who was ripped off is dead.
Wesley asks Lopez where all the money is if they are ripping off the drug dealers, she says she doesn’t know.
Lucy drops by to see Nyla, she says she was offered a place in UC School. Nyla changes the subject and asks if her neighbours house looks normal.
Lopez and Bradford apprehend two of the guys at Patel’s house, they were evidence tampering. One guy is not there, Rick, so Lopez puts a call out to Nolan to look out for him.
Nyla is waiting the house across the street with binoculars, she sees two guys, carry something wrapped in a rug, looks like a body, and they put it in the trunk. When they go back in the house, she goes to look in the trunk and just when she is about to look in the rug, the neighbour comes out. Nyla makes it safely home but her water breaks.
Nolan finds Rick and arrest him.
Nyla calls Grey and tells him that something is going on across the street and he needs to look into it. He say them moving what looks like a body into the trunk and they had hydrochloric acid I there as well.
Nyla’s security app goes off, then the lights go off in the house. James wants to check it out, but Nyla tells him to give her the gun from the safe first. Nyla has her gun, James goes downstairs with a baseball bat. Somebody jumps James and they get into a scuffle. Nyla is in her birthing bath with her gun aimed.
Then, we see Nyla’s neighbour, he is in the house and he is looking for her. He goes in her room and sh his not in the bath. She emerges from under the water and tells him to drop his gun, because she will shoot him if he even twitches. Grey pulls up and hears a gun go off.
Grey runs into the house and gets the guy off James, he handcuffs the guy and James runs to the bedroom, the neighbour is shot and Nyla is sitting on the bed with the baby, she tells him it is a girl.
Lopez tells Nyla she has the best baby birth story ever.
Tim sees his sister, she tells him that she and Rob are getting a divorce, she wants to sell the house for the highest bidder because divorces are expensive and she wants to move there. He hugs her.
Tim stops by to see Lucy, he asks her outside the apartment so they can talk. He tells her that Chris called him because she was on the fence about UC school. He tells her to go, it is time to move on, it’s a great opportunity, she should go for it.
