The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview reveals that Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) dirt on Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will be sought as Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) Los Angeles mission is revealed.
The show recently put out a new promo that features Nikki making some bold declarations.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will grow concerned since their Talia Morgan (Natalie Morales) plan got stopped in its tracks, but Nikki will be hopeful about a new angle.
Although Talia’s editor killed the rest of the Diane series, that could change if Nikki can score some juicy new details.
Nikki will act like Deacon might have enough dirt for a whole book since he was in cahoots with Diane and helped her fake her death!
Of course, this will mean revisiting a painful chapter of Nikki’s life. Deacon is Nikki’s ex-husband, so buried relationship drama will be a factor here.
Phyllis will be especially worried about Deacon being Diane’s old partner in crime on the faux death plot.
Nikki nearly went down for Diane’s murder back then, so Deacon played a role in her suffering.
Despite the bad memories that’ll come flooding back, Nikki will feel confident she can handle this reunion.
In fact, Nikki will consider it long overdue and will no doubt look forward to unleashing her wrath on Deacon.
In the September 8 episode, Nikki announces that she’s flying to Los Angeles to see Deacon “next week.”
However, that doesn’t quite line up with TV Insider’s info about Deacon coming to Genoa City first on September 20.
Sean Kanan even addressed the humor of crossing state lines while on parole, so there could be a change of plans that puts Deacon in GC beforehand.
Regardless, Nikki will definitely show up in LA during the week of September 26-30 according to crossover Bold and the Beautiful spoilers.
We’ll see Deacon on Y&R and Nikki on B&B, so this will be a fun way to switch things up and blend the two soaps.
