The Young and the Restless spoilers preview for the week of August 15 to August 19 reveals that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) admits her feelings for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). In the weekly preview, Jack kisses Diane but is this really happening? This could just be another dream sequence, especially when one considers Diane fantasizes about a future with Jack.
Diane Jenkins’ Confession
Y&R spoilers reveal that during the week of August 15, Diane and Jack will have a heart-to-heart.
In the weekly preview video, Diane tells Jack that there are more to her feelings than just friendship. Jack admits that there are some feelings for her as well. Then, Diane confesses that she doesn’t want this daydream to end.

Suddenly, Jack leans forward and kisses Diane. Of course, Jack might have some romantic feelings developing for Diane again.
However, it is complicated as Diane has a long history of manipulation. Jack still isn’t sure that he can completely trust that Diane has changed. This isn’t the only issue, though.
As fans know, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is working on a scheme to get rid of Diane.
Complicating the storyline even further is Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is also working on her own plan to expose the truth about Diane’s missing years.
Is This a Dream Sequence?
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that there are two clues that this kiss isn’t actually real. CDL has suggested that Diane dreams of a future with Jack. The second clue is stated in the preview clip itself. At the very beginning, Diane tells Jack that she doesn’t want this daydream to end.
The soap tends to do dream sequences for characters from time to time. Fans have seen it before and will likely see it again. However, Diane entertaining this daydream could complicate her mission.

What if Diane is seen kissing the air or happens to talk out loud while daydreaming? Could someone come in and witness it?
It would be great drama and very soapy if Diane’s daydream was interrupted by Phyllis or even Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).
That would make Phyllis, Ashley and Nikki even more determined to expose the truth about Diane or make it up!
However, will the plan to expose Diane’s secrets be successful? Or could Diane’s dream be foreshadowing the future?
Could Jack actually admit he is developing romantic feelings for Diane? If so, how will everyone else react?
Could Diane entertaining this daydream complicate her mission to getting even closer to Jack, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez)?
Diane has enjoyed success and progress so far. So, it seems like things might hit the fan soon and when it does, Diane might have a lot of explaining to do.
