The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) may face a sudden feud. This sister’s shocking move will apparently bring some Abbott family drama, so here’s what Y&R has in store.
During the week of July 18-22, Jack will make a major discovery. Ashley will do something that absolutely floors Jack – and probably not in a good way from the sound of things.
In fact, whatever Ashley does will be outrageous enough to warrant an exclamation point in spoilers released by the show.
It’s rare for Y&R to put out info like “Ashley stuns Jack!” That kind of thing is a big tipoff that someone’s about to do something crazy or at least will really provoke some anger.
Ashley really only has two things keeping her busy right now: making sure Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) learns the ropes in the Jabot lab and hating Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
That probably means Ashley’s shocker will tie in with either Allie or Diane, especially since Jack’s going to be involved here.
Although Ashley has grown quite fond of Allie, there’s the potential for Allie’s internship to bring a mistake or something along those lines.
Allie might blunder massively and face Ashley’s outburst.
That’s something that would stun and infuriate Jack, who would no doubt scold Ashley for being too hard on Allie.
Jack wants to keep Allie in Genoa City, so he’ll be upset if anything happens to make Allie doubt that she belongs in the family business.
Another possibility is that Diane will push Ashley’s buttons and cause a stunning move in retaliation.
If Ashley does something to sabotage Diane in some way, Diane could paint herself as a victim and pull Jack closer.
There’d be story value in either direction, but the Allie angle perhaps makes the most sense all things considered.
Allie is loving life in GC, so the show needs to rock the boat a little and give her a taste of some Abbott family feuding.
One way or another, Jack may end up unleashing his fury on Ashley, so it’ll be interesting to see how it all goes down.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the Newman clan won’t be the only family dealing with some mayhem, so look for the Abbotts to face some issues next.
