The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) may kiss Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and find that she can’t resist her dangerous ex as sparks fly. Former flames can bring plenty of temptation in Genoa City, so let’s talk about what’s in store for Tucker and Ashley.
Y&R fans know Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) already have some concerns about their sister.
Ashley thinks she’s immune to Tucker’s charms, but Jack and Traci aren’t so sure.
There was a time when Ashley was madly in love with Tucker, so it may not be so easy to avoid falling for him again.
That’s especially true since Ashley has been stringing Tucker along for the sake of her plan with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
Ashley recently had lunch with Tucker, so that brought some reminiscing and a mostly pleasant conversation.
Although Ashley isn’t ready to believe Tucker has changed, she still seemed to have a nice time.
Now Ashley knows Tucker was indeed linked to Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), so she may try to use him as a secret weapon.
Ashley may hope Tucker can play a crucial role in getting rid of Diane for good.
Of course, we have to wonder how far Ashley will go when it comes to her plot. How close will Ashley be willing to get?
Will there be some blurred lines when it comes to Ashley’s scheme and her genuine desire to be with Tucker?
Even if Ashley decides she’s done playing games, she won’t be able to avoid Tucker’s presence around town.
Tucker intends to stick around Genoa City to bond with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) as well as take over Chancellor-Winters.
Since Tucker and Ashley share a grandson, they’re permanently connected and will have to keep crossing paths.
Even surprise encounters will bring opportunities for Tucker to make progress.
The more time Ashley spends with and around Tucker, the more likely it becomes that old feelings will come roaring back.
Jack never thought he’d be locking lips with Diane after all her mistakes, but he indeed let her plant a kiss at one point.
Now Jack can’t stop thinking about that smooch, which clearly affected him.
We could see a similar situation with Ashley if she lets Tucker kiss her, too.
That may be all it takes to reunite Ashley’s love and make her addicted to Tucker – even if he’s not the reformed version he claims to be!
