The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) will find a way to seek revenge on Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) for sleeping with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway).
Chance is a good cop and doesn’t usually cross any legal lines.
However, he feels betrayed and hurt by Devon and Abby’s tryst, so he could decide that revenge is the best way to get past his pain.
While Devon is mostly a good guy, not breaking the law and abiding by most regulations.
But the same can’t be said for his papa, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that a big clue to Chance’s revenge plot is his hostility toward Devon.
Chance tenses up and glares at him whenever he sees him. While in real life, that would be a natural response, in soapland, that could spell trouble.
Chance’s job allows him access to criminal records and other privileges. It would be easy for him to dig into Devon’s financial records.
Chance could find something he’s done and make sure he pays for it, removing him from Abby and Dominic ”Dom” Phillip Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor’s (River & Rainn Ware) lives.
If Chance’s search comes up empty-handed, he could change his focus.
Y&R spoilers suggest that he might look into Tucker’s background. If that happens, he will definitely find something juicy, as Tucker has never been a straight arrow.
Tucker bends the law to suit him. He isn’t above blackmail, betrayal, or other devious acts if it means he gets what he wants or can make a buck.
Chance could stumble upon a gold mine.
In Chance’s mind, Tucker could be his best bet if he can’t find something on Devon.
Young and the Restless spoilers state that Chance could be headed down a dark path. Nothing darker than trying to destroy Devon for sleeping with Abby.
