The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) may be arrested as Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) gets revenge. Will Diane go down over Tucker’s Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) money-laundering proof?
Tucker was able to rope Diane into helping him through evidence that the feds overlooked.
Since Tucker is blackmailing Diane, we have to think about what might happen if he actually exposes that information.
That’s especially true now that Diane has revealed her Tucker connection to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
In that moment, Diane betrayed Tucker – and Y&R fans know he’s not the kind of guy who responds well to betrayals!
In the October 25 episode, Tucker suggests that Diane is now a liability, so that could leave her in danger as this storyline heats up.
Of course, Diane may get by with her actions for a while since Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) intends to string Tucker along.
Tucker may give Diane a pass temporarily if he decides she didn’t damage his chances with Ashley after all.
However, Tucker’s stance could change if things go south with Ashley later on.
There’s even a chance Tucker could get Diane arrested because it’s what Ashley wants!
Ashley would surely love to see Diane finally go down for all her transgressions.
If Ashley gave Tucker a nudge to have Diane locked up, he’d surely do her that favor and get his own revenge in the process.
In other words, Diane may pay the price for crossing Tucker, especially if Ashley fights for Diane’s legal consequences.
Although Jack would object, Ashley might push for Diane’s stint behind bars anyway.
We know that James Hyde is set to reprise his role as Jeremy Stark, so could he be back to testify in Diane’s case?
Diane may land in some hot water, but the bright side is this could bring Jack and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) sympathy!
Maybe Jack and Kyle could hire the best defense possible attorney to get Diane off the hook.
