The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Friday, February 11 Recap – Victor Mocks Locke’s Gift – Ashland Begs Victoria’s Forgiveness

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Friday, February 11, teases that Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) will beg Victoria Newman-Locke’s (Amelia Heinle) forgiveness – and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will mock the fake Locke’s gift on Valentine’s Day. Let’s talk about what’s in store on Friday’s exciting Y&R episode.

After a phone call from Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), Victor will tell Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) the latest news on Ashland.

It turns out the cash flow from Ashland’s shell company to the Peruvian clinic doubled just before he began his experimental treatment.

Victor will smell a rat and insist that something doesn’t add up, but Nikki will drop a hint about what day it is.

However, Victor will assure Nikki that he hasn’t forgotten Valentine’s Day. He’ll have a surprise in the stables for Nikki before they enjoy a romantic lunch.

In Victoria’s office, she’ll find Ashland setting up a bunch of bouquets for her. Ashland will argue that nothing is too extravagant before Victoria offers a Valentine’s Day gift of her own.

Victoria will present a ring, which will feature the crest of a Scottish lord with the Locke name.

Although Victoria will know Ashland isn’t a true Locke, she’ll think it reflects who he is now.

Ashland will vow to cherish this ring and will pull Victoria into a warm embrace.

Ashland will admit there are a dozen reasons why he doesn’t deserve Victoria’s love, but he’ll be thankful that she came into his life.

After Ashland gives Victoria an elegant necklace, they’ll decide to take the rest of the workday off to celebrate.

That’ll lead to Ashland and Victoria crossing paths with Nikki and Victor at Society, so Victor will insist on having lunch together.

Once Ashland shows off his new ring, Victor will suggest that’s very interesting – especially considering Ashland has no relations to the Lockes in Scotland!

Victoria will insist the gift is about who Ashland is now, so Ashland will back her up and talk about the future.

When it’s time for a toast, Victor will think they should raise a glass to Ashland’s miraculous recovery. He’ll taunt Ashland a bit with comments as they have a bit of a stare-down.

After Nikki gushes over her customized stall and the new horse that’s coming in the spring, Victor will acknowledge how in love Victoria and Ashland seem.

The “seem” part will catch Victoria off guard, so she’ll assure her father that they’re indeed in love.

Victor will declare that it warms his heart to see his daughter’s happiness, which means everything to him.

Once Nikki heads back to the ranch with Victor, she’ll worry about him digging into Ashland’s past again.

Nikki will reflect on how much trouble that caused before, but Victor will insist on getting to the bottom of this clinic situation.

Back at the office, Ashland will have a confession to make.

Ashland will acknowledge that Victor grilled him at the ranch about the Peruvian clinic, which Ashland knew about before his own treatment there.

Ashland will recap the story about finding out through a sick colleague and funding the clinic when it was in jeopardy.

Ashland will explain how he used a shell corporation and didn’t tell Victoria to protect her as well as Newman-Locke from any potential tax violation.

Ashland will act like he was just giving Victoria plausible deniability, but she’ll lash out over him keeping secrets once again.

Victoria will think Ashland’s excuses are weak, but he’ll beg for forgiveness and insist Victoria means more to him than anything in the world.

Although Victoria won’t think Ashland was being fair to her, she’ll decide what matters most is Ashland’s doing better.

Later, Victoria will take Ashland’s hand and smile slightly as the tension eases.

At Newman Media, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be surprised at the sight of flowers, chocolate-covered strawberries and Champagne in his office.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will appear, so they’ll briefly question each other before realizing an advertiser sent some swag.

Sally will start to indulge in the chocolate-covered strawberries, but she’ll ultimately realize this meeting should be about work.

After Adam mentions a gift for Sally, he’ll note that a press release is going out about her new COO role.

Sally will snap that if Adam thinks the job is a gift, then they seriously need to talk.

Adam will get a little flustered as he clarifies that he meant the press release, but Sally will just be giving him a hard time.

Sally will know what Adam meant, but she’ll also think they should nail down what he’s looking for.

Sally will wonder if she’ll have some autonomy in this role or if Adam wants a “yes woman.”

Adam will assure Sally that he’s not searching for “COO arm candy” and that he values her point of view.

After Adam suggests fashion and media are similar, he’ll contend that it’s all about enticement and seduction. Adam will have faith that Sally can shine, so she’ll agree on that.

Sally will feel like apprehension can be a good thing and get her adrenaline going. She’d rather try and fail than not try at all.

Adam won’t think Sally has to worry about failing since she’s got this. He’ll then add that they’ve got this to confirm the team effort.

Later, Adam and Sally will pop open the Champagne, though they’ll insist this is a work-related toast and not something for Valentine’s Day.

Sally will thank Adam for taking a risk on her, so he’ll think that goes both ways.

Adam will be grateful Sally stuck around after so many people warned her away.

Sally will propose another toast to “two wrongs making something very right” – and it’ll be obvious temptation is on the rise in that office.

At Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) penthouse, he’ll apologize for forgetting Valentine’s Day.

Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) won’t want Devon to worry since he’s already got so much on his mind regarding Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) and his looming test results.

Soon after, Devon will interrupt Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) in an amorous moment.

Devon will join them at their apartment and quickly get on board with the podcast pitch, so Billy and Lily will have something to celebrate.

While Nikki and Victor cozy up together at home, Devon will bring Amanda some flowers, balloons and other gifts for Valentine’s Day.

Devon will find out Amanda’s making him a special dinner before they dance together and enjoy some romance.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say love will remain in the air as the Valentine’s Day celebrations continue in Genoa City.
